Balmora Market Plaza introduces several new vendors to the open plaza in Balmora. Most vendors sell items sourced from OAAB/TR_Data or those that are unnecessarily difficult to find in the vanilla game. Three vendors offer quest*, and each vendor features unique greetings and dialogue.

Balmora Market introduces several new vendors to the open plaza in Balmora. Most vendors sell items sourced from OAAB/TR_Data or those that are unnecessarily difficult to find in the vanilla game. Three vendors offer quests*, and each vendor features unique greetings and dialogue. One vendor, who sells bantam guar meat, also offers a simple bantam guar companion*. Each vendor has a residence somewhere in Balmora, while the lute player and drummer are added as spouses to existing characters and therefore do not require individual homes. Vendors also come with "schedules", in which they will be outside at the stalls during the day and gone during nightfall or bad weather. There is an optional MWSE file that adds saltrice, marshmerrow, and comberry seeds to He-Who-Collects so long as both Balmora Market and Gardening and Farming are active.
