Adds a mountainous burial site atop of the Urshilaku Tomb as a landmark, strongly based on TR's Mount Annu.

Summary
The Urshilaku Tomb is a place I have always struggled to find, for such an important place in the story the entrance is just an unassuming hole in a tiny hill you can walk right past without a second glance. Now its a small mountain with a sky burial, with banners and lanterns. There is also a few guiding lanterns along the path between the camp and the tomb just to direct the eye.
This started as a clean transplant of TR's Mount Annu, but has since been rebuilt almost entirely from scratch to fit better with the area.
