About this mod

This mod adds a cozy player home to Balmora close to the Temple, integrating OAAB and TR assets. The name comes from the wild Stoneflowers growing on the ridge next to it. It is designed to work with BCOM.

Requirements
Permissions and credits
This mod adds a house close to the temple in Balmora for use with BCOM.

It attempts provide a realistic, lived-in appearance, that is visually pleasing whilst remaining a useful player base from a gameplay perspective.

This is my first mod and I am very happy to finally contribute something to the amazing Morrowind Modding Community!

Update 1.2
fixed misplaced razor hole door.

UPDATE 1.1
-fixed staircase causing players to get stuck
-Aurane Frernis no longer owns some ingredients

The house features:
-A cozy living area, with cushions, a detailed kitchen and a dining area.
-A basement to store food, as well as a separate area to store the valuables and artifacts the Nerevarine migth encouter on his travels.
-A terrace with some lovely plants and a view across the Odai.
-An upstairs bedroom featuring:

a bedroom guarded by a toy guar,
a cleaning area to clean off the gore and blood after a fight,
an alchemy table to brew the latest alchemy exploit,
a desk to write love letters to Ahnassi,
and a library area to figure out why the Temple doesn't want you to know about what really happened at Red Mountain.

Some shelves upstairs and in the basement are deliberately not filled, so that players can decorate them with items encountered on their travels, be it books, Dwemer artifacts, plants etc. For this I recommend either Perfect Placement (for MWSE) or Book Rotate (for OpenMW)

The house is decorated with Dunmer furniture, in keeping with the general style of Hlaalu houses, with the only exception being the Ashlander lanters, that in my opinion look so fabulous that the Nerevarine, a friend of the Ashlanders after all, cannot resist importing a few to Balmora.

Gameplay
-So far the house can simply be entered and used, as I have so far not figured out how to implement buying the house. If you want to roleplay, walk up to Nileno Dorvayn at the Council Manor and drop 5k Gold on her desk. :)
-Its proximity to the Temple means that an Almsive Intervention places you very close to the house, very convenient!
