Adds a well placed well in Seyda Neen. Just this.
Maybe I will add some other stuff later.
I only tested this with Immersive Seyda Neen and they work very nicely together (The extra stuff in the screenshots like the lanterns and so on, are from that nice mod). But it probably works well with many if not all Seyda Neen overhauls.
I originally made this with the openmw-cs and then uploaded a flie renamed to .esp. I hope this works for the folks not on OpenMW.
