Made for the OpenMW Total Overhaul modlist. Load Devilish Vampire Overhaul.esp after LDM-Context Matters, Voice Overhaul and Quest Voice Greetings. Patch of Purist is the only requirement for this version. Based on the "Vampires get stronger" version.

V.1.5.2 eliminates a bug that damages instead of drains the personality attribute. Visual withdrawal effects now start at stage 6 already. Vampires get stronger if they don't drink blood (Oblivion Style Vampires)

2.4 fixes a bug when you cure your vampirism. Curing your vampirism also cures your blood thirst now.

V.1.6 big update. Npcs will attack vampires on sight. Hide your vampirism with closed helmets. Now TR and OAAB helmets can be used as well. Vampires get stronger if they don't drink blood (Oblivion Style Vampires)

1.6.1 Tiny update that adds a couple of helmets beast races can use such as "AB_a_NetchimanCap" or ""T_De_NetchStalker_Helm_01". This matters because since 1.6 beast races need to disguise their faces too and cannot rely solely on drinking blood anymore.

2.3 improves cross mod communication with "Of Melodies and Moonlight". Drinking blood in Melodies and Moonlight satiates DVO blood thirst. Eliminates necessity for a load order with MaM.

2.5 Adds a missing voiceline so that orcs don't recognize you as a vampire if you are wearing a closed helmet.

Main.esp is no longer reliant on Tamriel Data nor OAAB Data. TR_Dialogue_Patch.esp is back! Vampires are attacked on sight if they aren't wearing a generic helmet. I think this is the cleaner approach moving forward.

2.4 fixes a bug. Curing vampirism now also removes the blood thirst, as it should.

If the vampire doesn't drink blood, they will lose 5 Points of Strength, Speed, Agility and Personality every day (till stage 8). No sound effects here. This makes it absolutely necessary to feed regularly.

Version 1.5 merges in Vampire Player Hit Sounds by i3ncore. The player now uses vampire voicelines when being hit. This should have been in the base game to be honest.
