Adds a travellers rest stop to the West Gash, between Gnisis and Caldera.

Summary
Rocky West Gash adds a large outcrop next to the Salothran ancestral tomb, half way between Gnisis and Caldera and right on the main road. I built a wayfarers tavern on top of it that also acts as a beacon at night. Beware, the climb is slightly perilous.
