Expands Arrille's Tradehouse to include an inn with rooms for five guests. I always felt like Arrille's should include an inn, at least partially because I would always mistake his personal quarters for an inn room that we never got to use. So, I decided to expand the tradehouse to include an inn that would span the river cutting through Sedya Neen.
This mod has been collecting dust on my dying laptop for nearly a year and a half at about 80% complete. I figured rather than simply let it die forgotten, it might be best to upload it here to let others take a stab at it if they want. I might come back and finish it myself someday, but then again I might not. Right now the tradehouse building is essentially done, leaving only the guest rooms and a bit of the inn-side storage room to furnish and clutter. It also lacks the necessary exterior expansion. A good modder could probably finish what remains to be done in a day, but I'm not a good modder, so here it sits.
I left a few dev notes lying in the empty rooms describing which rooms I intended to be used by which guest, but ultimately I'm leaving this mod as an open license. Just give credit for the work I did do, and do as you wish with this otherwise.
