Ludwig's Holy Blade in Morrowind

by FrummYonda/AllanBorne

Fort Frostmoth had never been an easy place to be garrisoned in. The weather is too cold, the locals run around naked, some of animals carry some kind of plague, and the only booze to be had is this sickening-sweet excuse for a drink...

...and there is something in the prison cells that is giving the troops bad dreams.

Dreams of blood and beasts...

A little piece of Bloodborne's world had found it's way into Bloodmoon - or as much as I can make it with available resource assets. Find your way into a living nightmare and kill whoever-whatever is waiting inside, and bring a powerful new weapon back into your waking world. The hat is a bonus.

Recommended for Players at least over Level 10. Level 15 to be safer.

INSTALLATION
Simply copy-paste the Data Files into the Morrowind directory, or use a mod manager to install the mod.
Requires OAAB_Data and Tamriel_Data

UPDATES
v1.00b

  • Fixed an issue where the new weapon and bonus headgear don't appear in inventory after boss battle. Apologies for those who did the first few batch of downloads.

FUTURE UPDATES
  • Due to the Construction Set being the Construction Set, the Trick Weapon mechanic that I promised some time back would be put on hold until I can find a more stable way of making it work without the game habitually crashing. Everything else involved in the mod - at least one version of the weapon and the boss to kill it for - are available to play with.
  • I plan to expand this even after this Modathon - once I make more custom meshes and get better at scripting in the Construction set.

THANKS TO

  • MightyJoeYoung, for the Van Helsing hat mesh;
  • Reizeron, for the custom Cave Troll creature;
  • Project Enhance, for the high-definition textures (which the blade-sheath part has); and
  • Hidetaka Miyazaki, for never taking it easy on us
