This is a simple patch that fixes the inconsistent height between the terrain mesh when using both Izi's Caldera and The Stonewood Pass Reworked by Randompal.
I made it for load orders which have Izi Cities - Caldera first and then The Stonewood Pass Reworked afterward, but it seems to work the other way as well.
