    v1.26 - Fix for The Explorers Magical Bag CTD'ing when the 'safe' option was selected from its menu.

    If you have previously downloaded this mod (CSW) then you only need the update not the full download.

    I’ve been asked several times about merging the Cloud Storage mods into one.

    Well I don’t think it is feasible for me to do so.
    Each mod adds the stores to different locations, many also reliant on other mods, so which should be merged…
    your favourites, my favourites some other arbitrary players favourites?

    No!

    If you want them merged into just one, the only sensible why is for you to do it yourself.

    So how do you do that?

    First obviously download the Cloud Storage mods you want, then with a util such as Wyre Mash create your own merged mod.
    Simple job done, now you have them all as one mod.

    DO NOT! include this base Cloud Storage Warehouse mod in this process though.

    Just make sure your merged mod is loaded after any other mod that it is dependent on.

    Hope this answers the question about merging Cloud Storage Mods.

    Added an update to fix the problem of arrows and bolts going to the armor store instead of the wewapon store as intended.

    v1.23 only updates the lua code, so if you already have v1.22 then you only need the update not the full download nothing else was changed.

    This will not automatically re-store arrows already stored in with armor.

    NOTE!
    A further lua code update is available this is all that you should need whether you have downloaded 1.22 or 1.23
    The full v1.24 is for new users to the Cloud Storage Warehouse mods.

    A blacklist has been added to the auto store feature.

    That is you can now add any item to it that you don't want to be auto stored.
    the file will be found in the folder  "Data Files\MWSE\lib\tw\" and is "csw_blacklist.lua" this is a text file and can be edited by any text editor.
    you will see a line in there like this "["tw_dressing_room_key"] = true,"
    to add your own items copy this line and add it below the existing ones and before the '}' on the last line.
    all you need to do is find the items id name and replace with it.

    e.g. you end up with something like this...

    return {
    ["tw_dressing_room_key"] = true,
    ["<your item here>"] = true,
    ["<your item here>"] = true,
    }

    When auto storing if you had items in your quick key slot or had it equipped then it was not distinguish between those and other simular items that are just extras in your inventory. Which means those items were not stored either.
    This new code should solve the problem and handle all items correctly.

    It was also reported that there was a problem with the  "Panic!" button :(
    The latest should fix it and is also much faster.

    Sorry but it seems a previous bug was accidently re-introduced in the 1.23 update

    New update 1.24 available. This should fix it.

    I had to endorse. This mod let me have a perfect, functional Cloud Storage box in my Stoneflower house in Balmora. No one has made and published a mod that allowed me to have access to my Cloud Storage. Previously, I needed to use the Explorer's Magical Bag mod and just left a bag on my table. You've made my game much better! <3

    Note: I used the "disable" console command on a chest in the house and replaced it with an identical one from this mod.
  8. i dont get it, is this a house? instead of using meaningless terms like "cloud layer" why not just say WHAT the mod is/does? also, wayyyy too many stickies.

    As a storage device, why would it need to change any textures at all?

    I had planned to install this mod later in my mod list, in case it needed any mods to be installed before it.
    Looks like I will have to carefully consider its placement if I want to keep the textures I currently see in game.
    Rather annoying for a storage item to mess with stuff that does not belong to itself.
    As in, sure the boxes/bags this mod uses, makes sense to 'own' them in terms of freely changing textures/meshes.
    But to play with textures/meshes it does NOT 'own' seems rude, even worse I forget if there is, no mention of this mod making un'own'ed changes.

    Hope you see my point from a technical view.

      Please let me know if any of the changes mentioned above are REQUIRED in order for this mod to function correctly, as presently my intent is to patch over the changes with the intended originals.
      BTW Thank you for making this great idea mod, I think it will be a useful addition to my game, otherwise I would not have tried to install it, now patching it in respect of texture/mesh and posting here.

      To be clear, all this is for the esp only, as I read below that for a player, only the .esp should be selected in Wrye Mash.

      Well now I read
      As long as you keep "tw_Cloud_Storage.esm" installed and active all you items are safely stored even if you unistall this mod.This implies that I need to have BOTH esm AND esp, which contradicts advise given within earlier posts here.

      There are missing readme.txts for some of the other mods which depend on this mod.

      Plus there is no advice on esm/esp load order. Dear of flipping dear.

      I take it that MLOX has not been contacted in regards getting this automated then?
      Going to have to write my own additional rules for mlox, as I bet the core needs to be loaded before the others, with the keyring loaded after the bag that IT expands upon. Ok so the keyring is purely lua gotcha.

      tes3cmd Cleaner;

      Cleaned duplicate record (STAT): in_lava_blacksquare
      tw_cloud_storage.esp
      Cleaned duplicate record (STAT): in_lava_blacksquare
      Plus for;
      tw_csw_shoppe.esp I see tw_cloud_storage.esm listed as a Master,
      tw_ExplorersMagicalBag.esp I see tw_cloud_storage.esm listed as a Master.
      Both of which mean, for Wrye Mash, I have to update each esp in that program to include the esm.

      Might I humbly suggest a litte rewording for this mod description, adding some words to each readme.txt, add missing readme.txt files where needed for dependant mods and consideration on the actual need for texture\mesh replacements at all, since I believe this mod is supposed to be merely an inventory aid?

      RE the list of missing objects; i.e.Missing object "tw_bagofholding_misc" for reference during cell "Koal Cave' (QL_SevenGracesShrines.esp)" load.
      OK so these messages are due to only using the esp. When I added the esm in and/or reordered the esp load order, they went away!

      After having this mod installed, I now see why some of the issues I raised earlier are implimented. However, I still think most of my points are valid and can be over come by a little rewording to inform a new user i.e. some of the textures are replaced, change then back if you need/want to keep any texture changes already made.
      Basically I provided feed back during the process of installation, rather than doing the install, making notes and summarising.

    This is a brilliant idea and I'm now installing all of the compatible mods I can find. One question about this base mod: do I need both the .esm and the .esp, or will the other cloud storage mods work with just the .esm?

      The .esm is really only for modders to use to add compatability to other mods.

      As a player you only need the .esp

    Brilliant work TW!

    I realize I'm coming in a bit late to the party, but I just had to speak up after finding and trying your mods. I've been playing Morrowind since it came out in 2002 but have usually cut my play-throughs short. One thing that always got me was storage, especially for alchemic ingredients - too much repetitive stress for the wrist. (Multiply that by 20 years and you start to see my point. ) In fact, that one thing alone has kept me from going on to enjoy Tamriel Rebuilt because of the sheer amount of mousing required.

    I've also tried numerous sorter mods over the years. Most had bad bugs or slowed the game down drastically while sorting was performed, especially in the pre-LUA days.

    Your mod has changed all of that. Simple, effective and does what it says on the tin. I use this in all my home base-type mods now, adding it when it's not present via the CS or using one of the addon files you've created.

    I cannot recommend this mod and its variants too highly. Kudos given and thank you so much.

    Hi, I am on v1.26 and keep getting a whole ton of errors about not being able to find files.

    Object "active_canopy_bed" (tw_Rethan Manor.esp)

    Model Load Error:
    Meshes\SS\furn_CanopyBed_01.NIF cannot load file in Meshes\SS\furn_CanopyBed_01.NIF.

    Continue running executable?
    yesno

    That's just the first one but there are a ton and if I say yes to them all I just get the yellow signs of miss modding.
    I also get the warning text even though I downloaded the newest Cloud Storage fresh.
    Can I get some help on trying to fix this?

      Either you have a pathing problem or missing assets.

      Try downloading and reinstalling "tw_Rethan Manor" as you indicate that looks to be where the problem is... maybe also check to see if you can see the missing mesh in the indicated directory.

    I tried this mod with Hotkeys Extended and was disappointed that "Auto" store button ignores new hotkeys, added in mod.
    So I tinkered a little and seems like added support for it - now hotkeys from Hotkeys Extended are ignored too

    To make it work, In file

    ModOrganizer2\mods\Cloud Storage Warehouse - storage resource for packrats\MWSE\mods\tw_cloud_storage\main.lua
    after line

    local blacklist = dofile("tw.cws_blacklist")
    add this

    tes3.player.data.quickKeys = tes3.player.data.quickKeys or {}
    dataQuickKeys = tes3.player.data.quickKeys

    if dataQuickKeys then
      local types = { "quick_", "quick2", "quickH", "quickA", "quickA2", "quickAH", "quickB", "quickB2", "quickBH" }
      for i=1, 10 do
    for _, type in ipairs(types) do
    if (dataQuickKeys[type][i].id) then
      blacklist[ dataQuickKeys[type][i].id ] = true
    end
    end
      end
    end

    I have zero experience with Lua, but it works for me, so I decided to share with you guys.
    Would be awesome if author of Cloud Storage would add support for it though

      I use neither Hotkeys Extended or any other Hotkey mod nor do I use MO2, and will never use it. So have no idea if this sugestion works or not.
      If you are experiencing the same problem you are welcome to try it of course... but I cannot support you with it as I have no way to test it.

      Just saw that my comment perhaps isn't clear.
      I meant that Cloud Storage, when using auto storage feature would ignore items set in a Quick Key list (which is awesome!).
      But using mods like Hotkeys Extended, which reworks and adds more slots in Quick Key list, items, set in this lists are auto stored anyway (which is not cool).
      Actually I even mainly installed it only hoping it would add more slots to protect items from being stored during auto store.
      What I'm trying to say is - I do know there's blacklist file, in which you can add ID's to ignore during auto store, but it's... kinda clunky.
      It would be so very awesome if you could make some ingame menu, where you can manually set blacklist from items in your inventory, somewhat similar to how Quick Keys menu works.
      Anyway, thanks for awesome mods! Endorsed <3

    I'm a tiny bit confused about load order for the esp. Does it need to be after any mods that require the esm, before them, or just at the bottom of the load order? Or does it not matter?

    Hello, I inadvertedly used the auto function while having a bound weapon summoned, the bow is still in the weapons category (and I can't  get rid of it or move it).
    Now the panic button gives me a recurring error and asks me if i want to exit the game.
    Is there a way to remove one stored item fromt the save or something like it?
    Is there another solution?
    Thank you for this mod, It's very practical!

      Don't know why the panic button would cause a crash though.

      At this time the best I can offer, sorry, is to go back to a previous save and hope you don't loss to much progress

      I will have to look at my code to see how I can prevent this happening in future though.

      For the panic button problem can you look in mwse.log, morrowind root folder, and see if there is anything that might help me find the problem?

      In my subsequent plays I didn't incur in any more problems, thank you very much for your timely reply!
      The bow is still there and doesn't get back in my inventory but the game is playable, ill look at the log file when I'm back home.

      As a completely saparate matter: would it be possible to have a button that unifies the separate inventories lets you pick an arbitrary number of items and then put whatever remains back in the right order?
      It would be very lazy friendly XD
