This adds graffiti around various settlements of Morrowind. Graffiti are shown in some concept art drawings and I generally think that they make sense and can add to the atmosphere of the game.
The resources were made by the TR_team so the mod is dependent on TR_Data.
I used the graffiti sparingly, there's only 20 or so graffiti being placed around and half of them are in interiors. Sometimes it's an alchemist trying to draw attention to his shop or someone trying to warn you that's better to keep out. Usually, they're scribbles without any meaning, hidden in corners of poor quarters like the slums of Balmora or the docks of Vivec.
This is, for now, only compatible with BCoM. So why am I publishing it here instead of folding it into BCoM's zip?
Because I think it's a cool idea and that not many people know about these resources. In case someone is interested, it wouldn't take too much time to move the decals around to make a vanilla-compatible version (don't ask me about it though) or an expansion covering more locations.
