Hi i'm new to modding morrowind and i need help.when i go to the cities the pack guar does not have any texture it's just purple can anyone please help me ? thanks.
Are there supposed to be stables almost right on top of the entrance to the foreign quarter? Looks like maybe I have something installed that moves Vivec city to cause that.
Erm... belay my previous post. Somehow it's come right! (Although what new installation and/or random tweaking fixed it, I can't say! I haven't touched Vivec, so I guess it was perhaps a BCOM patch of something else? Sorry I can't be more specific, wcfcarolina13, but I hope that the fates give you the same luck.)
The many mod acronyms are indeed confusing, so no apology is necessary. BCOM is Beautiful Cities of Morrowind, of which RandomPal says:
The current layout only works with Beautiful Cities or Rethinking Vivec, as both mods move the FQ canton, leaving a convenient space in a relatively flat spot where I added the guar stables.
I'm also using OpenMW (v. 0.47 as my PC can't cope with the newer versions!) so that shouldn't be your problem. I wish I could tell you precisely what resolved the realignment of the Foreign Quarter entrance, but alas...
I reinstalled the BCOM patches, so I can only guess that I activated something that I'd previously missed. I'm sorry I can't be more exact.

P.S. Are you perhaps using Aruhn Chronicles? I discovered that this is incorporated in BCOM and deactivated the esp... maybe this helped? (I'm guessing again, but I'm trying to recall what I've done since finding the original error.)
Oh that's super helpful, thanks. I have neither of those mods, but I'm working on BCOM. It's just such a complicated installation mid-game with 200+ mods already running.
That's too bad, but the guar stables are purely cosmetic so it's not a catastrophe. (Although I love that with this game, playing time is measured by year!)
A couple of buckets with water and some food would make sense yeah. At the moment the stable master is a dunmer. I won't go too hardcore about realism though as MW is all stylized, there's a lot of missing components when you start looking for details :P

Also, had to disable this guar stables mod because I couldn't find a workaround for the time being.

Will likely conflict with Vivec Market addon series.
You should also add some trough, so they can feed and water.
And finally some stable boy, maybe an Argonian slave.
