Armors Rebalanced
The armor balance in Morrowind is weird.
For example, the quality jump from the second-best and best light armor is gigantic: the Chitin armor set protects 10 while Glass protects 50.
Similarly, even forgetting the super rare Daedric armors that protects 80, there is quite a jump between Dwemer and Ebody: Dwemer protects 20, while Ebony protects 60.
The expansions — Tribunal, LeFemm armors, and Bloodmoon — improve the situation a bit. But the expansions feel too much like a separate world.
This mod integrates the Quorn armors and rebalances all armors so that Armor Rating, Enchant Level, Health, Weight, and Cost are more equally distributed between worst and best of the various kind of armors.
To reduce the effect “Armor A is better than Armor B” I tried to mix a bit. An armor type might be more protective, but to be easier to break or less enchantable.
In general, going with the theme of an Island of survivalist Dunmer druids the more “natural” materials are more enchantable; but metal is stronger.
The new armors are put in the usual Morrowind Levelled Lists and many NPC also received some selected depending on the class or attributes.
So the armors are properly integrated.
Finally, many points I found weird of the base game has been fixed: the Indoril Armor has greaves, the Gold Armor has all pieces, the Glass Bracer are included in the expected leveled list, it exists a Daedric Tower Shield in the world, if an armor (or helmet) has the word Imperial in the name it counts as uniform, Cinia Urtius is nearby Tel Fyr...
Weapon Rebalance
The weapon rebalance is smaller, and is inspired by Ignis work, but extended to include Tribunal and Bloodmoon. See the original Weapons and Armor Balance Mod.
The main changes are in range, as it was very strange that a dagger, a fist, and a claymore had exactly the same effective reach.
How to Install
Unpack the mod and activate in the launcher. Since the mod changes many NPC and levelled lists you will need to merge.
Among other options you can use delta-plugin.
delta-plugin will merge NPC new equipment and the leveled lists.

The resulting game will be hopefully more fun and satisfying making a more coherent world.
Conflicts
You require merging, but with proper merging this mod should not conflict with anything.
However, consider that:
Quorn Resource Integration will add the Quorn armors a second time, but in the download section is a patched version with no armors.
LeFemm Armor official plugin is redundant for this mod adds the Domina and Gold Armor (full of all pieces).

List of cuirasses
To discover the new armors is part of the fun, but I include here a list of all cuirass types so you can have an idea. In the file is complete list if you want all the details. As you can see the extremes (a part of gold cost, that is toned down) should be more or less like the original game, so items from other sources or the untouched ones should not be out of place.
The columns are: Armor Rating, Health, Weight, Value, and Enchantability.

Quorn to the make armor models and Melchior Dahrk to make integration allowing me to find them.
XeroFoxx for the textures editing. To complete the Gold Armor we started from the Helseth Guards armors, I changed the model a bit and XeroFoxx changed the textures to have the yellow gold color. XeroFoxx also repainted the Indoril Greaves to have their color to match the other armor pieces.
History
2. redo the balance: medium AR starts from 7, heavy AR from 10; put Cinia Urtius in the world; fix few typos; improve leveled lists; the process is now mostly automatic.
1.2 add a Weapon part, much smaller and inspired by Ignis work
1.1 Dark Brotherhood assassins get their armor leveling up. Only the most powerful have a full set.
1. change the balance a bit, notably there is a bit more quality jump between the best armors; still much much less than in the normal game; add a bit more armors to NPC; add spoiler files with armors information
