Why does news of your crimes travel faster than you do? Your bounty is retained per region instead of across the entire continent. Uses MWSE Lua.

Compatibility
Conflicts are unlikely, as it only interacts with the vanilla player bounty.
Should be compatible with all mods which add new regions. Currently only Tamriel Rebuilt is confirmed.
Compatible with Clear Your Name with the caveat that you need to have a bounty in that region that's high enough to clear your name in other regions.
Installation
Unzip into Morrowind/Data Files.
Requires MGE XE and MWSE 2.1.
