This mod allows you to donate a significant amount of gold to any pauper, and thus help them get back on their feet and become a useful member of society again.

Is your character an altruist? A "social justice warrior?" Or just a delicate noble who cannot stand the smell of the filthy beggars on the streets? With this mod, all of these could be roleplayed better.
Now you will have the opportunity to donate 1000 gold to any pauper and thus help them get back on their feet. The next time you talk with them, they are going to be commoners, and their dialogue will suggest that things have been improving for them, thanks to your gold.

To begin:
Talk to any pauper with at least 1000 gold in your inventory
