The Telvanni quest titled "Mages Guild Monopoly" makes the player convince Great House Redoran that they should abolish the monopoly of the Mages' Guild in Redoran territory. However, gameplay-wise nothing happens following the quest, even if the player is successful. This mod fixes that, hopefully bringing some positive changes into the Morrowind experience of Telvanni players, or players who just like roleplaying, and if their actions have consequences.
Features of the mod:
- In the cities of Ald-ruhn, Maar Gan, Khuul, Ald Velothi and Gnisis new Telvanni, and independent magic users will appear who will offer services to the player. (Spells, alchemy, enchanting etc.)
- The people will reflect on this very important political decision through the topic "Mages Guild Monopoly." (Which hopefully enhance the feeling that the player's actions have consequences.) Some will be happy, others will not.
- There will even be a charlatan somewhere who will try to sell useless magical artifacts to the player, due to the fact that the abolition of the Mages' Guild monopoly also means a lack of quality control
Compatibility:
Yes, it must be compatible with Rebirth, most of the mages will be found at logical places, e. g. Tradehouses. So they won't stand in the middle of the street.
It should also be compatible with pretty much everything else that I'm aware of, and also bug-free. But please drop me a message if I happen to be wrong.
