This mod applies a lighting effect to Hopesfire so it will act like a torch when drawn, just like how Trueflame does.
In vanilla Morrowind, Hopesfire has no such lighting effect at all, making it look very strange in dark places. Patch for Puristsdoes apply a lighting effect to Hopesfire, but it's not nearly bright enough to properly illuminate the blade itself when using lighting mods such as True Lights and Darkness. So, I made this mod to do just that. Now Hopesfire will glow bright enough in the dark to actually light up the particles on the blade.
Note that the lightning effect applied by this mod to Hopesfire has a lighting radius 4 times that of Trueflame (otherwise Hopesfire would've still been too dim) so I've added an optional version that increases Trueflame's lighting to the same amount to keep things consistent.
this mod is compatible with retextures and/or remodels of the blade(s).
