My setup is just MGE(XE) and basic textures(though the most room's and char's tex are not vanilla), you can find much better quality in other's screenshots with advanced visuals in detail powered by modern rigs. Mine are rather old and only onboard video.
Here mainly thanks for the The Dressing Room, IceBradyHurdyRobeReplacer(info in comment) which I like is a quite old robe replacer that doesn't use Better Bodies. The room requires Cloud Storage Warehouse which is useful and linked to a selection of home mods to choose from if you plan to access to your storage from various places. Or you may try mwse Containers for maximum("godmode") convenience.
