Just to keep hope alive, I DO possess a version of this mod that works with EGM. Its the last version he released that still had the book on the observation deck. I am willing to share but I cannot get ahold of the author for permission. And I have tried many various ways. If and when he ever gets back to me with a yes, I have the mod page all set up and ready to go... but unfortunately I cannot do that until I receive that yes.
A nice idea :) the prayer that Shepard and Kolyat read to Thane as he slips away is a sweet send off and getting the book from Kolyat was such a kind gesture. Sadly this mod needs a patch with Expanded Galaxy Mod which removes the book from the table. I feel it would be better to place the book inside Shepards cabin on the coffee table, as I think EGM adds a tribute photo of Thane on the table anyway. I left a bug report about it in the bugs tab.
In my recent playthrough, Shep goes to the hospital to see Thane after his battle with Kei Leng on the Citadel. Kolyat asks Shep to read from a Drell prayer book while they are in Thane's hospital room. I don't want to spoil the ending for anyone reading this, but Shep did not leave with the book. So, it would be great if the book appeared on the Normandy when Shep returns. I think Shep's cabin would be a better location for it. EDI could make that happen.

Hey this doesnt appear to be compatible with the EGM update. Theres a crew member at Thane's table and the flowers and photo are gone. Maybe a priority change is in order?
This is so lovely to do. I felt so sad for my femshep going past the empty life support room after Thane died. The flowers are the final perfect touch. I only wish the game let us choose to sit in chairs. Thank you for this mod.
HEAR ME OUT ON THIS. What if the book wasnt in the Observation Deck, but instead in Life Support? Where Thane used to stay in ME2? The room has no other use in the game, it would be so cool to turn it sort of into a Thane Memorial room... Maybe a nice picture of him on the wall as well. Just a thought!
