Yes, but at default aim assist is disabled when using keyboard+mouse (so my mod isn't needed but not harm ). If you are experiencing aim assist then probably some mod enabled it (I know two mods what unintentionally enable aim assist - and in both cases my mod will disable aim assist ).
Thanks alot for the quickt Reply. I played the Legendary Edition with very few Mods a Year ago and never had this Issue. Im not sure if your Mod is working correctly but this might be just my Paranoia.
I thought this Mod https://www.nexusmods.com/masseffectlegendaryedition/mods/609 worked better. But im not into experementing with replacing a Coalesced File with an already modded Game. So i just copied back my Original with the Hope that your Mod works fine. After that i only had to limit the Framerate to 144 Fps due to Shepards Shields not recharging. Pretty sure thats unrelated with my Experiment with both Mods.
I think both mods should work exactly the same (but later I will check it for certitude ), main difference between this mod and my is that my mod not replace Coalesced file but modify it on the fly. By the way if you don't use already any mod what replace Coalesced file then you can safely install one mod what replace Coalesced file (if you have two mods what replace Coalesced file then one mod will overwrite another ) even if you already have texture modified game. Are you sure that your problem is aim assist (some people mistake it with negative acceleration what can be disabled from game options - it is called there "dampening" )? There are 3 mechanisms of aim assist, one is zoom snap (if you click aim button your reticle instantly move at enemy or close to it ). You can observe this easily on youtube (author aim at barrels and when click zoom then scope magically travel near or at enemy ). There is also other movie on youtube what shows that snapping when aiming also affects normal weapons not only sniper rifles - here Other mechanism is friction - when your reticle is on enemy then mouse sensitivity is much slower - probably 220% slower (and there exist two mods what enable this in game as side effect of fixing other vanilla bug ). The last mechanism is adhesion - softly locking on enemies if I remember correctly.
The Community Patch is the only Mod i didnt install a Year ago and my suspicion is, that this could be the Problem.
Anyway, i got your Mod working, and only have to deal with Fps-Drops which causes some Issues while aiming. But i dont think its related to any Leftover Aim-Assists and simply caused by a lackluster Release by EA.
