Removes the time/mission gates on various terminals in the Shadow Broker Base.

Tired of having to play more missions, wait until tomorrow, or mess with your system time to get rewards from the Shadow Broker Base's 'Delivery Pickup' and 'Investment Opportunities' terminals.
Investment results or new pickups will now be available every time you access these terminals.
In addition the 'Video Archive' will cycle through the sets of videos each time you access that terminal rather than having to leave and return to the base.
Compatibility:
Includes fixes from Unofficial LE2 Patch 0.9.2.1 but should still work fine without that mod installed.
Includes an optional patch for Casual Hubs for LE2 by rondeeno if you chose to have Liara wear her casual outfit once Lair of the Shadow Broker is done.
Compatibility patches are included in Liara Consistency Mod (ME2LE) by Marcus22Khaar (working with or without Casual Hubs)
