To use this headmorph on your shepard you need to use Trilogy Save Editor

Installation
Import desired headmorph via save editor and resave your save file. Choose only one headmorph. You can change them whenever you want.
Compatibility
Headmorphs are compatible with MELE1 and 2 only.
