Yo I got an issue, this mod specifically doesnt show up in my me3tweaks mod library when I import it, so I cant apply it. Any known reason this might happen?
It does the same for other squadmates. What it can't do is change the animations from using a rifle to a pistol or the opposite. If the squadmate is not carrying a pistol and the cutscene is animated to carry a pistol then the alternative is them wielding a rifle like a pistol which looks very weird.
Well FYI: During Freedom's Progress when going up against that Big Mech, i noticed that Jacob's shotgun weapon switches to his M-27 Scimitar instead of whatever Shotgun you give him when he's hiding behind that crate. 🤷♂️ is there some way to fix that cutscene? I mean sure you can edit to make sure he's got the M-27 Scimitar for the cutscene but that's about it.
Really cool mod. I noticed however that when recruiting Garrus, after talking to Cathka, there is a cutscene that shows a group of mercs attacking Archangel. One of the mercs is supposed to be carrying a grenade launcher, and actually fires it at Archangel. With this mod installed, the merc is instead carrying an Avenger AR. Just a little thing in the end, I suppose, but I figured I would go ahead and point it out.
This is probably a stupid question but its my first time downloading mods for Mass Effect, does this work for Legendary edition? I honestly cannot tell.
This is easily one of the most annoying parts of mass effect 2 and 3, if I have my own guns I wanna see them used! It wasn't as big of a problem in ME2 compared to the amount of times this happened in ME3, but this issue being fixed for good is a blessing. Thank you for making this! Now my immersion isn't completely ruined when I have a decked out gun for Shepard and he/she pulls out the default weapons XD
