    Could you or someone else port this to Mass Effect 2? I mean the retexture.

    So I was able to add this to my coalesced file manually so I could use it with another mod (Tencho Rose Miranda's armor). Here's what I did:

    (MAKE A BACKUP FIRST)
    Open your Coalesced.ini with Notepad++  (Found in: Mass Effect 2\BioGame\Config\PC\Cooked.)

    Find (hotkey Ctrl+F)

    [SFXGame.SFXPawn_Player] and write in section "CasualAppearances":

    CasualAppearances=(Id=99,Type=CustomizableType_Torso,Mesh=(Male="BIOG_HMF_ARM_LGT_R.LGTc.HMF_ARM_LGTc_MDL",Female="BIOG_HMF_ARM_LGT_R.LGTc.HMF_ARM_LGTc_MDL"),PlotFlag=-1)
    TorsoAppearances=(Id=99,Type=CustomizableType_Torso,Mesh=(Male="BIOG_HMF_ARM_LGT_R.LGTc.HMF_ARM_LGTc_MDL",Female="BIOG_HMF_ARM_LGT_R.LGTc.HMF_ARM_LGTc_MDL"),GameEffects=("SFXGame.SFXGameEffect_Gear_CapacitorChestplate"),PlotFlag=-1)

    (If you have another empty slot this won't be necessary)

    You may also need the empty slots for shoulders, arms and legs.
    Write:

    ShoulderAppearances=(Id=99,Type=CustomizableType_Shoulders,GameEffects=("SFXGameContentDLC_CER_02.SFXGameEffect_Gear_CER02_ShoulderMeleeBonus","SFXGameContentDLC_CER_02.SFXGameEffect_Gear_CER02_ShoulderShieldBonus"),PlotFlag=-1)
    ArmAppearances=(Id=99,Type=CustomizableType_Arms,GameEffects=("SFXGameContentDLC_CER_02.SFXGameEffect_Gear_CER02_ArmMeleeBonus","SFXGameContentDLC_CER_02.SFXGameEffect_Gear_CER02_ArmShieldBonus","SFXGameContentDLC_CER_02.SFXGameEffect_Gear_CER02_ArmWeaponDmgBonus"),PlotFlag=-1)
    LegAppearances=(Id=99,Type=CustomizableType_Legs,GameEffects=("SFXGameContentDLC_CER_02.SFXGameEffect_Gear_CER02_LegHvyAmmoBonus","SFXGameContentDLC_CER_02.SFXGameEffect_Gear_CER02_LegShieldBonus"),PlotFlag=-1)

    Then, find this section: [Engine.PackagesToAlwaysCook]
    and write:

    SeekFreePackage=BioD_Nor_231Morinth

    Then, find [Engine.StartupPackages]
    and write:

    DLCStartupPackage=BioD_Nor_231Morinth

    Save changes and close program.

    THEN download ME2IniFixer by Techpriest1
    link

    and use it (right in directory with Coalesced.ini)

    Hope this helps!!

    *Edit*
    So I got to the suicide mission and like others have said I got a black screen. Easy fix though! Just before going through the omega 4 relay save your game, exit and replace the coalesced file with the original (hope you backed this up!). Load your game back up, choose a different armour to wear for this mission then go through the relay. Sadly you won't be wearing this armor for the end mission but at least you can finish lmao. After the suicide mission is over is when I do Shadow Broker and Arrival so I just save and put my edited coalesced file back so I can wear the armour again for those missions.

    I see you mentioned you're using custom textures for your femshep face. Can you share? I love that face, would like to use it myself!

      I'm sorry, for now I quit modding ME2 and don't have it installed. My Shep's appearance is the whole bunch of textures, face, scalp, hair, eyelashes etc, it needs the whole separate mod to publish. May be I will come back to it later, but no promises

    how do i find the added portion in this mods coalesced file so i can just add it to a preexisting coalesced file, i want to use this with another mod that also requires me to replace to the coalesced file. i would really appreciate some pointers cause i don't even know if that would work of if i need an .ini editor. thanks

    Solution for anyone who doesn't like the earrings. Try making the mesh of the earring into the morinth commando armor in the coalesced ini. No clipping issues with the base texture/mesh, so I imagine it would work with this.

    Hey, first thanks for the great looking texture and the armor.
    I only have one problem I dont seem to get the texture to work. I have the armor in a brown tone and I used texmod with the ME2Game exe but it doesnt matter it always shows up as brown :/ is there something I can do?

      If you used ALOT, you should install it with ALOT installer instead of Texmod.
      ALOT might change hash of vanilla texture, therefore the TPF would no longer point to the current one.
      That's my guess.

    I don't see the stat increases. From an earlier comment you've mentioned adding GameEffect stats on coalesced,. I see that you've put them as I check it through notepad++, but no stat increases, such as shield bonus, are actually increasing those stats. Do they work? like your work, my femshep looks badass on her ship with this armour.

      I'm not sure stats will be seen in description at all since this armor was not supposed to be available for Shep, I used this coalesced for 2 my playthroughs and had no difficulties... anyway this coalesced is optional, if someone makes a better version for this armor - it will be great.

      Stats in armor description are hard coded in the string. They are separate from real stat increases.
      And tbh +5% armors give are so pathetic I can bet no one would even notice a difference.

      I experimented some changes to coalesced. I have noticed there are 4 categories of lines of code we must change. Legapperances, arm, chest, and shoulderappearences. For the chest asari armour, it has its own mesh value seperate from the in-game mesh value, meanwhile the leg, arm and shoulder have no mesh values. The first change I made was add the mesh values of the asari chest appearances to other parts of asari armour. (All asari armour have id=99) After that's done we need to choose which in-game armour do we want to replace with the asari armour.(each armour piece type for an in-game armour of that piece type to replace say, life support webbing (leg piece type). Say I choose life support webbing I must first replace it's mesh value to the exact mesh value of the asari chestpiece. The id values of the in-game armour has its seperate distinct value, in the case if life support webbing it's 2, we must change this to 99. To recap we've changed the id value and the mesh value of the line code of "legapperances=(id=from 2 to 99" blah blah) mesh=(changed to value of present on the asari chestpiece)". Now in my reference the game effect values don't work and they are conveniently closed in brackets like in the case of mesh value or text, we must simply replace the game effect values of the corresponding ingame legpiece with the asari legpiece, importance being they are leg pieces and the change is of the leg pieces game effect value/text is replaced with the prior values. To recap how this looks on coalesced (asari legpiece) legapperances=(id=99 blah blah, mesh=(value copied exactly as is in asari chestpiece text),game effect=(SFXGame.SFXGameEffect_Gear_LifeSupportWebbing){prior values replaced by in-game legpiece value}plotflag= from -1 to 4270) {replace plotflag values aswell as the corresponding legpiece of your choosing} rinse and repeat with other types being shoulder, chest and arm choosing it's corresponding ingame armour piece, copying exactly gameeffect value and plotflag value. After all doing all of that in Shepard's locker we don't find the in-game armour pieces and they've switched to looking like asari armour pieces. This also changes how Shepard looks in the squad points builder with Shepard showcasing her asari coolness. I didn't experiment after, I was tired of constantly changing the values and decided to play with the asari armour on insanity with just these mods on my coalesced file. Also as it's obvious we are making changes to the ini file, me2 ini fix after making changes so those changes may be applied in game. I doubt even you're going to try this out ?, as armour stats mean nothing in mass effect anyway, I just wanted to tell you of my experience. Thanks for this mod.

      If i understood you right you replaced meshes of in-game legs/arms/shoulder parts to commando armor mesh right? if so - I know about such variant and I had to give it up since it was making my game laggy, possibly because in this case arms, legs etc are rendered as 4 full body armors and are simply layered on Shep, it affected my FPS and it was especially bad in dialogues and cut scenes (I had weaker pc then, maybe now I wouldn't notice it )

      There weren't any fps drops, just Shepard's locker was buggy tho.

    Is there any way to alter the position of the included Earrings? For some reason they all seem misaligned on my character, floating beside the ears instead of on them or set too far back.

      no, i don't think it is possible to alter their position, it will require altering of their 3d model, its not possible for ME2 so far. I know about this problem but I included earrings in coalesced for those who don't want their Shepard to wear helmets or visors just as an option.

      Mesh editing is possible from few... months I think? It's already been a while certainly. Pickup ME3Explorer ME3Tweaks Fork. It's the only maintained version of ME3Ex (the "original" one from top of Nexus is abandoned from years).
