   I managed to make it work!
   1- First install the head model from kotor 2 to kotor 1 which you can find here https://deadlystream.com/files/file/2224-effixians-pmhh01-from-k2-to-k1/ 
   (if you look closely you'll notice it's basically the same head from this mod but the textures are different!)
   2-Install the normal version, just run the tslpatcher file inside the rar
   3-Put the contents of this mod in the override folder where you'll find the installed contents of effixian's head model and textures, accept to overwrite and voilá

   would movie style darkside transitions work with this? i much prefer those to the vanilla zombification

   Any particular reason why you didn't use the KotOR 1 head with a mullet as a base? Most agree that's what his SWTOR appearance is based on.

   Looking at the file names of your mod, this seems to be a Kotor 2 mod...?

   Installed into the override folder but don't see the head anywhere. Tried starting new game but still has the same boring heads. Is there a specific head I need to choose? And will I then see it in game?
