About this mod
I basically used the head model from Effixian and stamped the textures from RefrigeratorDry495 so you can just put these files in the override folder and play

It seems the head model from the port mod was never uploaded and RefrigeratorDry495 has open permissions for making bug fixes so here it is!
I basically combined Effixian Kotor's 2 Head model and put the textures from RefrigeratorDry495 on top so it can stick to the model, it seems the original texture mod didn't have the model in the rar so i made this.
If the original modder asks me to delete this mod i'll gladly do it, it's their mod.
-THIS is only if you want to do what basically i've already done but manually! The file uploaded is plug and play.
So i'll just leave some instructions if you stumble with a similar thing in the future.
1- First install the head model from kotor 2 to kotor 1 which you can find here.

(if you look closely you'll notice it's basically the same head from this mod but the textures are different)
2-Install the normal version, just run the tslpatcher file inside the rar
3-Put Refrigerator's Textures from this mod in the override folder where you'll find the installed contents of effixian's head model and textures, accept to overwrite and voilá!
