Enhances broom upgrades by giving COMPLETE control over your broom and how it performs!

Features:
When you initially unlock the broom, you will be able to allocate your 'broom stat points' from the broom tab in your gear menu.
You will begin with only 3 available points, but for each broom upgrade level, you will gain that level in additional points, so 1 point for level 1, 2, for 2, and 3 points for level 3. This is to keep in line with game progression and makes broom upgrades much more significant and worthwhile.
Default Broom: 3 upgrade points total
Level 1 upgrade: 4 upgrade points total
Level 2 upgrade: 6 upgrade points total
Level 3 upgrade: 9 upgrade points total
It is not possible to max out all stats <3
REQUIREMENTS / HOW TO USE:
UICore - ALWAYS REQUIRED - Regardless of chosen modloader.
A modloader such as UE4SS or Apparate Modloader is required to use logic mods.
DONT LOAD THE SAME MOD IN BOTH MODLOADERS

NOTE: If your having trouble getting the mod working with apparate modloader,
try renaming the mod files to have a ! in front of their name. This
seems to be a priority issue when using a lot of mods.
