Adds a button to the campaign dashboard that lets you play any elusive target offline!

This is basically a redux/ revamp/ improvement/ what-have-you of Offline Elusives, originally made by UnfunnyGooba.

Most of this framework was revamped by Anthony Fuller to be compatible with SMF (while also adding difficulty bricks and saving!), with specific fixes done by Dinozafr (who managed to fix the images for Sully Bowden and Miranda Jamison not loading properly in Offline ETA). Thank you to everyone involved for all this. The following changes are what I've done:

  • Moved the button to a more logical place (Side Missions instead of the Offline Dashboard)
  • Added several different options for ordering the Elusive Targets: Goober (as per the original mod), Release Order (ordered by release date), Location Alphabetical (grouped up by location, but alphabetically; this is the default), and Fully Alphabetically (Alphabetical names regardless of location)
  • Fixed The Politician breaking on the original mod (caused by a difficulty brick, unsure why this was the case).

Future Additions:
  • Hardcore Mode: All targets are ordered by their codename, no intel or briefing appears and all you have is a related illustration and the location.
  • All Elusives At Once. Basically I'm making this mod, but expanded to all locales.

Caveats:
  • This only works in offline mode. Don't expect this to work in Online Mode, because it won't.
  • "The Brothers" Elusive Target has been deleted by IOI, so 'The Brothers DEFINITIVE Edition' by Kevin Rudd is your best bet. If you know how to get the files back. the option for them exist in the menu still.

Why this exists:
I maintain there are use cases for not using Peacock, or at the very least, getting offline mode to be better without having to rely on a server emulator. I'm not against Peacock existing, but I feel there is merit in making a proper offline mode, rather than letting it be ignored.
Install Instructions:
- Extract "Offline Elusives Redux SMF" to "Simple Mod Framework/Mods"
- Run "Mod Manager.exe", wait for the GUI to load, and click on "Enable/ Disable Mods"
- Click "Enable" on the mod, then the "Apply" button on the top-right, and wait for SMF to generate the RPKG.
- Launch the game in offline mode (Either opt-out of the privacy policy in the settings, or just go offline after connecting to the online).
