Done! (Had to wait for SMF to update and play it myself -- this is a really good one!)

I'm just wondering if elusive target can work offline, then shouldn't freelancer also be able to work the same way?
I guess freelancer is based on bricks in the same way?

This mod doesn't seem to work - Sergei Larin did not appear in the room he's apparently meant to be in.

This doesn't work in offline mode. I can't even get to the arcade menu.

This mod needs to be updated, it no longer works properly, and many suits no longer appear.

The mod accidentally conflicts with Peacock, which Anthony provided a fix for. I just kept forgetting to add support.
