Installation
Recommended Usage
If you don't have a large illegal weapon, you can carry the briefcase into the mission as an easy way to start with it. You'll spawn with a briefcase-within-a-briefcase (see Known Issues), but hey, it beats fishing for driftwood.

If you stick to the recommended usage, you'll be fine. The notes below are intended to help you if you want to mess around with packing weapons into briefcases while in the safehouse. To reiterate:

Where's my Purple Twitch briefcase? What about the unreleased cases?
The Purple Twitch suitcase might be added to this mod in the future. It's handled differently than other DLCs, and right now I can't check for ownership. The unreleased cases won't be added to this mod until they're either officially released by IOI, or they announce that Hitman's content updates have concluded.
I don't see some of the briefcases in the screenshots?
Make sure you've purchased the corresponding DLC and that none of your installed mods alter DLC protections. If the protections are altered by something else, the new cases will not spawn!
Can you please just make these briefcases available for everyone?
No. If you want DLC for free, you need to ask IO Interactive, not me.
Sometimes you say suitcase, and sometimes you say briefcase. Are you okay?

Installation
- Download and install the Simple Mod Framework.
- Download the latest version of this mod from the Files tab.
- In the Simple Mod Framework, select "Import Framework ZIP" and choose the ZIP file you downloaded in step #2.
- Enable this mod, select which tweaks to apply, and set this to the bottom of the load order.
- Press 'Apply Mods" to install this along with any other mods you have.
Recommended Usage
- Pick up a briefcase to select it. Your selection will immediately be saved.
- IMMEDIATELY drop the briefcase back onto the floor of the safehouse. You are selecting which briefcase 47 will spawn with, not carrying the briefcase itself into the mission.
- When starting your assignment or quitting the game, do not hold the briefcase or have a weapon stored inside it.

- Don't hold a briefcase when starting a mission.
- Don't leave anything in a briefcase when leaving the safehouse (starting a mission, exiting the game, etc.).
If you don't follow these guidelines, some issues might appear:
- Holding a briefcase in your hands while starting a mission often results in spawning with a briefcase-within-a-briefcase. I know why this happens, but I don't plan to address it.
- Do not start a mission while holding a briefcase and a large weapon. You will often spawn with a briefcase-within-a-briefcase, while your large weapon is visible on your back, potentially compromising you immediately.
- Do not place an item into your Freelancer wall/tools collection while it is also in a briefcase. This will confuse the game into placing a weapon back on your wall, but not removing the copy in the briefcase.
- Do not exit your game from the safehouse while an item is stowed in a briefcase. Since it isn't on the wall or in your personal inventory, Freelancer will overlook it when saving, and the item will be gone the next time you load into Freelancer.
