UP TO DATE MOD, DON'T USE "OFFLINE MISSIONS" or "OFFLINE EXPERIENCE REFINED". Improves offline mode with more features, adds existing content that isn't available offline (eg. Seasonal missions/escalations) and modded/custom missions (incl Solo Ghost Mode, Choose Your Adventure mode)

Offline Mode Enhanced and Custom Mission Pack

This mod enables the main content that is not in vanilla offline mode, and improves upon content by adding more features/choice such as more spawns in some missions, difficulties, VR and unrestricted loadouts. It also ports over most of the custom missions I made for H2, they are only playable in offline mode or PeacockYou will require the H1 and H2 Access Passes to access the missions

How to get to offline mode:

A) Disconnect your internet
B) Hit "Cancel" on game launch when it says connecting to server
C) Run EGS/Steam in offline mode
D) Go to Options>Privacy and press "Opt Out" (Preferred option, this will keep you offline in H3 every time you launch until you click Go Online)

Offline Enhancements:

- Adds difficulty options + VR (untested) to all S1 bonus missions and some Special Assignments that didn't have VR
- Adds new/alternate starting locations to most PZ missions, and various other missions
- Adds 8core benchmark enhancements to On Top Of The World (Dubai), Death In The Family (Dartmoor) and the H2 Special Assignments
- Unrestricted loadout (or at least outfit) on currently restricted starting locations
- Sniper Ass. locations now appear on Destinations menu
- Unlocks extra outfits (Sniper Ass. outfits/characters, Soviet disguises, Ghost Mode/Training bodyguard, Subject 47, Ninja, others)
- Unlocks extra items: Banana, Radio, Cure (Sedative) Coin, Chloroform Flask, Sniper Ass. weapons (Press X to change ammo type) [Ported to SMF format from @Atampy26’s Offline Experience Refined files]

Future 1.7 - Solo Ghost Mode... For Real? (TBD)

  • Replaces Target Streak: Miami with Ghost Mode Practice: Miami. You now only kill a series of newly spawning Ghost Targets, while trying to beat the existing timer. Hopefully random spawns will work, but we'll see
  • Tweaks the method used for unrestricted loadouts, to help those who seem to still be unable to pick suits (Can't test cos it always worked for me to begin with)
  • Makes clues objective of Whittleton Creek optional

1.6 - Sniper Assassin: Hawke's Bay (22 September 2022)
  • Replaces Sniper Assassin: Hawke-aido with proper Sniper Assassin mission on Hawke's Bay. Far, far superior. Too many changes to list.
  • Fixes the missing head of the Lucas Grey outfit
  • Tweaks unrestricted default Mendoza entrance (Makes it the official ET one)

1.5.1 - Outfits, Items and Starting Locations (15 September 2022)
  • Unlocks extra outfits (Sniper Ass. outfits/characters, Soviet disguises, Ghost Mode/Training bodyguard, Subject 47, Ninja, others)

1.4.1 - Chongqing Noodle Massacre support (5 Jun 22)
- If you have Chongqing Noodle Massacre deployed it will show on the modded missions screen. If you don't, the welcome picture will strongly advise you to get it.

1.4 - PEACOCK CONTRACT BATCH (20 Feb 22)
- Adds set of OCREs so modded missions can be played in The Peacock Project (SA Tracker and Rating system). Will not show on Dashboard, Campaign or Destination menus as it is NOT a plugin. Will show in "My Contracts" tab if done correctly. Requires main mod to be deployed in SMF. Requires ""Make Dynamic Resources Optional" to be set in Peacock Patcher.

1.4 - FRAMEWORK RELEASE (04 Feb 22)
Framework release - compatible with possibly all other mods, new features enabled
- UI improvements - Missions now display as Bonus Missions, Seasonal Content, and Sniper, instead of just 'Featured', which ruins the UI of non-target objectives
- Adds difficulty modes to seasonal content that did not have it
- CYA Marrakesh: Evidence USB is now a unique item with unique description
- Malpractice: It is now optional to kill the target with an unsilenced firearm
- No longer replaces existing assets, therefore no longer breaks/messes with The Dexter Discordance and The Bahadur Dexterity
- Modded and Offline content button now replaces the Story button on offline dashboard, now displays latest version and updates.
- You must now own Dartmoor in order to play Dartmoor Garden Show. This mod does not support piracy.
- No longer includes WINNODD's "Better Contract Mode Target Images" mod
- Should now update automatically via Simple Mod Framework. And there will be big updates in the future.

Custom Missions

Sniper Assassin: Hawke's Bay
A sniper mission conducted overlooking Hawke's Bay from a radio tower that's magically appeared. All you gotta do is kill 12 Militia soldiers and reach at least 90000 points, like in Sniper Assassin mode you get more points for headshots and moving kills (But unlike Sniper Assassin accident kills are perfectly good). The difficulty selection changes time of day, as well as making things harder or easier

Choose Your Adventure: Sapienza
An attempt to make Hitman more like an RPG. You make an initial choice to work for either Caruso or the do-gooder locals trying to take him down. You then usually have a choice of how to tackle objectives... you can be a mass murderer or complete the mission as a pacifist, making use of the 'capture' objective (knock someone unconscious and stash them in a crate). It has a rudimentary "Chaos Level" indicator since offline missions don't get a ratings system

Choose Your Adventure: Marrakesh
Work for terrorists Crystal Dawn, or the pro-democracy movement Arab Spring. The way you tackle objectives will determine what your final objective is (There are 4 possible final objectives you can get). If you choose the easy option in an earlier objective, you might force yourself into a harder objective at the end. It has a rudimentary "Chaos Level" indicator since offline missions don't get a ratings system. If you choose the Crystal Dawn questline you will not be able to complete the mission as a pacifist though.

Malpractice
ET-style mission on Patient Zero where you must break into a safe, and kill The Director with an unsilenced gun (Optional)

Target Streak: Miami
The closest thing to singleplayer Ghost Mode. The differences are you verse a timer, only one random ghost target will spawn, and the rest of the targets are regular Miami NPCs who will be revealed as targets after you make a kill from a pre-set pool.

Target Run: Santa Fortuna
This is a different way of tackling a GM-like mode. The entire pool of targets is painted on Instinct for you from the start (And there's a buttload of them), and instead of a timer you just keep killing them all until you reach the score limit. You get more points for classier kills like accidents or using fibrewire. Beware, if any body is found it will lose you points.

Time Trial: New York
Inspired by the challenges of TimeSplitters, you just gotta get the card from the CEO's room and head out the CEO exit in less than 2:30. How you do it is up to you. Check the briefing for whether you got a Bronze, Silver or Gold medal.

COVID-47
Another challenge, you must infect 50 people with the Patient Zero virus and escape before the timer runs out.

Future Updates?
May get around to these one day... if I can figure them out

  • Have gotten constantly spawning random targets for Solo Ghost Mode, but have issues with random spawns and targets not being unpainted if you fail them

Installation

Use the Simple Mod Framework. Click "Import Framework ZIP" on the downloaded file. Done. It will be compatible with all other Framework mods... in theory

Issues

- MAY NOT WORK ON GAMEPASS/MICROSOFT
- Some objectives may not display as failed in the briefing/results screen even though you failed them.
- Peacock version of missions no longer work. I have no clue why and no one has helped me fix it.
