16 Oct, 23: Have deployed just this mod with latest SMF and it all works fine, there is nothing for me to fix. However the Peacock Plugin is currently broken, trying to come up with a solution but nothing is working.
Awww, real shame the peacock plugin is broken. But I understand making mods take a lot of time, work and effort. Even if I never made one. So don't feel pressured to fix the plugin, even if it takes 6-12+ months I will still be happy if it is fixed. For now, if it never does get fixed, then at least offline users can have fun
That's a different error to what everyone else has posted, in fact I don't think I've ever seen an error like that before. It's errored before it's even tried to load a single mod file by the looks of it. I just gave it a try on my PC and it works fine (deployed in 37 with other mods installed too).
Usually if it errors before a file has even been loaded I think that means an issue in the manifest file, but I'm not sure. Wouldn't even know where to begin. I've asked the SMF creator for help but don't expect a solution. Are you on a weird system like Gamepass or anything? And all other mods work when this isn't deployed?
EDIT 1: How did you 're-install' SMF, did you delete the entire folder? Because SMF creator says the 'cache' folder needed to be cleared/deleted
EDIT 2: SMF Creator says it might be an antivirus issue
Hmm, it looks like it's failing at the dependency stage, which is an SMF automated process that should be easy. Try deleting the temp, staging and cache folders from your SMF then try again
Hey, tried was using this mod before with Offline Experience Refined, then you told not to. Now I don't use OER, but there is an issue, I have no starting locations unlocked and none of my weapons are unlocked, only the most basic ones. Custom missions appear though, so your mod is working, but only partly
So, the mod itself works fine. However, when trying to play using Peacock with the mod plugin installed, it does not work correctly and breaks Peacock's functionality/services (It does not connect to servers and stays in an offline state). It throws an error related to failing to load a menu or something along those lines.
Yeah, looking into this at the moment, fix probably will be a few days off
UPDATE: Every method of fixing it I've tried has failed, and no one from Peacock has helped. I'm afraid this mod will just no longer work on Peacock (Except for Malpractice, for some reason that works)

If that does not work, I'm not sure. People have spoke of reinstalling all of SMF but who knows. Also make sure antivirus isn't interfering

I tried every combination of ordering the mods and installing it without any other mods active. Still doesn't work.

Can someone help me? Or at least tell me what is wrong?
Although, when I searched for the "Staging" folder you mentioned, nothing showed up... Anything else I can do or should I give up?

EDIT: Maybe taking a closer look at the working Malpractice, if you haven't already, may provide some insight?
