Version 2.0.1
ACCESSORY MOD -Fixed an issue with the "Agent 17's Signature Suit (Remove Sunglasses)" option 'cause IOI done changed the entity IDs on me.
GLOVE MOD -Fixed all (known) crashing issues when selecting suits from the safehouse wardrobe. As far as I know, it was only the militia technician gloves on the Tactical Turtleneck and the driving gloves on the Summer Suave Suit that were affected. If you are aware of any other options that cause the game to crash in the wardrobe, please let me know! -Recreated the driving glove options for the Summer Suave Suit now that the crashes have been fixed. The visual results are slightly better than the workaround. -Restored the "Remove Rings" option for The Buccaneer. Rings can be removed either via Accessory Mod or Glove Mod.
REMOVE GLOVES - SNIPER ASSASSIN SUIT (1.0.2) -Updated the entity.json files to QN 3.1.
Version 2.0.0
Separated the glove options and accessory options into Glove Mod and Accessory Mod, respectively. I understand the previous system was not very intuitive, and many people were unaware of the non-glove-related options due to it simply being called "Glove Mod" (and I can't say I blame them). So, I've renamed the mod page "Glove and Accessory Mod" to better illustrate this change. Every option is still there; they're just categorised differently. If you want to add or remove gloves, the options are in Glove Mod, and if you want to add or remove accessories (sunglasses, watches, hats, etc.), the options are in Accessory Mod. Both mods can be used together, of course, but your choices won't carry over from the old versions, unfortunately. I would also recommend deleting Glove Mod - Add Gloves (Unlockable Suits) and Glove Mod - Remove Gloves (Unlockable Suits) using SMF's Delete button, as they are no longer required or supported.
Added a .0 to the manifest to satisfy SMF's verification checks. This is why the SMF was not allowing you to add the mod via the Add a Mod option. Sorry about that.
As requested, the gloves from the Winter Sports Suit have (finally) been added to the Tactical Turtleneck. I've also added the gloves from the Colorado Militia Technician disguise, as they're very similar but not completely identical. However, please note that the Militia Technician gloves will cause the game to crash when the suit is selected in the safehouse's wardrobe, although the option will continue to work correctly after the game has been reloaded. The Winter Sports Suit gloves do not appear to have this issue (despite only minor differences between the two), so I have no idea why this is happening.
Added the option to remove the poncho from The Scrap Poncho Suit. The accessory option includes a custom arm mesh to fix some clipping issues, so it's mutually exclusive with the option included in Glove Mod as that also replaces the arms. Please make sure to only use one or the other.
Remade all options for the Tactical Turtleneck, The Golden Contender, The Gauze Suit, and The Master Freelancer Suit as they were recently updated to include wet logic.
Added glove options for The Black Bruiser. Also added options to remove the blood from 47's suit and face, basically converting it into a Signature Suit with a black tie.
This is getting long, so: you can swap the cyan shirt for a white one on the Graffiti suit, swap the white cotton gloves for black cotton or leather gloves on the Wolf suit, add a few more basic glove options to The Narcissus Suit, and probably something else I'm forgetting. Enjoy!
Version 1.1
-Added glove and accessory options for all Freelancer suits (well...except Codename 47, because I have no idea what to do with that) -Thanks to the new QN patch format, I've been able to convert all patches to QN 3.1, which will result in faster deployment for all accessory options. -Fixed all clipping issues when adding leather gloves to long-sleeved suits. Please note that some clipping may still occur when wielding 2-handed weapons due to the way the mesh deforms. Driving gloves will still clip on some long sleeved suits for now, which may be fixed in the next update. But I can't make any promises because driving gloves are both a PITA to fix, and an inferior choice for long-sleeved suits anyway ;) -Added makeshift suit category headers using non-functional checkbox options. This does make the lists longer, but it also makes them easier to browse, so there's a bit of a tradeoff. While I'd like to add headers for the multiple choice options as well, there's currently no feasible way to do it. For both glove and accessory options, all suits are still listed in the same order as they appear in-game -Added additional glove colour options for the Guru Suit -Added buttonless driving gloves for the Tactical Turtleneck -Added accessory options for Terminus that allow you to remove the tie and bandage (thanks to Baldilocks47 for the bandage idea) -Restored accessory options for The Buccaneer -Added proper wet logic to all Smart Casual Suit options, which should also fix any crashing issues that occurred when using them in Chongqing -Added support for HMBM47's Misc Outfit Mesh and Texture Fixes mod; no compatibility patch is required. Just make sure to place HMBM47's mod higher up on the mod list than Glove Mod before deploying. -Fixed a crashing issue that occurred when adding leather gloves to the Summer Suave Suit and selecting the suit in Freelancer's wardrobe. However, I could not get the same fix working for the driving gloves for some reason. While the suit itself will still function properly after restarting the game, I completely understand that a crash is extremely inconvenient, and I'll push another update as soon as I can figure out why this is happening and fix the issue. -Fixed the clipping issues that occurred when adding leather gloves to the Cowboy Suit -Fixed a crashing issue with "The Neon Ninja Suit - Add Hood" option -Fixed a bug where the suit jacket on The Tropical Suit would become extremely shiny -Special thanks to VoodooHillbilly for helping me test a few of these fixes
Version 1.0
-All unlockable suits are now supported -Some suits include optional accessory modifications -The wristwatch that was originally included on the Tactical Turtleneck in Hitman 2016 can now be restored -Accessory options for The Buccaneer ("Remove Hat" and "Remove Eyepatch") have been removed temporarily due to a number of issues
Version 0.9
Beta Release
Is there a suit you love, but you wish it came with gloves?
Is there a suit you love, but you wish it didn't come with gloves?
Are you not a big fan of sunglasses, watches, or hats?
Then this may be the mod for you!
With Glove Mod, you're no longer limited to what IOI have decided to use for a certain suit. Gloves can be added to any unlockable gloveless suit, and they can removed from any unlockable gloved suit.
Both leather and driving glove options are available for all gloveless suits, while some suits include additional colour options and alternate glove models, like fingerless or buttoned driving gloves.
With Accessory Mod, you can remove sunglasses, watches, hats, and many other miscellaneous accessories from all suits that include them.
A few suits also feature additional options to add or modify accessories rather than simply remove them.
If you're looking to swap driving gloves for leather gloves, check out No More Driving Gloves.
NOTE: Except for a few suits, the inventory image will not change, but the modifications will still appear in-game. While it's technically possible to create new inventory images, it needs to be done manually, which would be a herculean task given the number of options in this mod.
While some glove colours are meant to match certain parts of a suit, they're generally more of an "approximation accomplished with the colour picker tool and a lot of trial and error" than an actual match, and the results can vary widely depending on lighting or whether you're using leather gloves or driving gloves. If you'd like to try tweaking any of the colour options yourself, you can check out this tutorial.
Every suit that requires it now uses a custom leather glove mesh, which should eliminate most clipping issues. There may still be a bit of clipping when wielding 2-handed weapons on certain suits due to the way the glove mesh deforms. Driving gloves will still clip on certain long-sleeved suits, which I may get around to fixing at some point, but I can't make any promises.
