I've been looking into working some of these textures, but any modification to the textures (literally any change) appears to make the game crash. How did you get around this issue?
1K Elena is more or less done, but there was a bug in a cutscene where she had a grey face. I'll figure out what went wrong and get it uploaded soon. I'm also working on a general texture HD mod; I have the first town done as a proof of concept.
The cutscene audio sync bug has been killing my interest in making this game better. It's tough with such a fatal flaw. I'm been trying to reverse engineer a fix for it but it's been slow going.
