Intel SDE version: 8.69.1.
Use this version if v1.3 with SDE 9.33 doesn't work, it also boots up a lot faster and might run better on some systems.
Implemented more aggressive tweaks to further increase performance.

Use v1.2 with SDE 8.69.1 if this doesn't work.
Game boots up a lot slower but it should improve performance on some systems.
Please leave feedback in the replies if this works for you.

Steam launcher only, install v1.2 or v1.3 first and unzip this in to your game folder.
Only use this launcher if the ones included in v1.2 and v1.3 don't work.
This will also emulate steam with SDE and is a bit slower than the direct launchers.
