A simple dds.phyre <-> dds converter. It supports resized textures as well as changing texture format (compression type, etc). Tested with FFX/FFX-2 HD, FFXII TZA, some Falcom titles (Kiseki series from Cold Steel 1 to Hajimari), but most likely works with other phyre engine games. Supports only DX11 (so basically a PC) platform.

Change Kumbha weapon type to 2H katana. This includes update to UI text and animation. Why Squarenix made it a 1H katana is beyond me, not to mention the inconsistency of sheathing it at the waist (as a 1H) but the weapon shows up on your character's back. Also include skins for Seitengrat, Great Trango And Gendarme.

Reduced the stats on Great Trango, Gendarme & Seitengrat to be ~20% stronger than the standard ultimate weapons of their category (Simha, Zodiac/Ensanguined, Dhanusa).added additional effects and stats, & added models. Also improved Genji gear, Ribbon & all axes/hammers.
