This build is a bit different than my previous builds

This is a small build keeping the item count down low.

This build is a bit different than my previous builds in that I didn't add any junk Deco.

I tried not to go to crazy large in this build, mostly utilizing the existing buildings and also keeping the junk deco low as well.

Nothing like a rest stop on the way to Sanctuary.

I call this Sunshine Production as that was my intent on this build.

Kingsport Lighthouse in Vanilla, all you have to do is deliver the eviction notice to the current inhabitants.

Somerville Place, A settlement to the far South close to the Glowing Sea

You will most likely gain access to Far Harbor before Nordhagen Beach but this Blueprint will give Far Harbor a good run minus the radioactive Fog

This is a settlement that easily obtained, here is what I managed to do with it.
