Just leaving this comment here to stay that bolbman has given me permission to update/maintain and include Custom Crosshair in my mod, HUDEditor. For the forseeable future, Custom Crosshair updates will be included with HUDEditor.

Your current CustomCrosshair.xml files will continue to work 100% with HUDEditor's Custom Crosshair version.

CustomCrosshair mod need a fresh SWF named HUDMenu.swf inside the BA2 file from this mod.
You can use any other compatible HUDMenu mods from
      Keretus for the BA2.
      Perk Loadout Manager
      Improved Health Bars
      Event Notifications
Archive2 from Creation Kit of Fallout 4 can be used BUT don't play with Archive2 settings. Leave Keretus BA2 settings like it is.

You won't get banned from my mod.
It is Flash Player shock wave SWF files inside BA2 wrapper file.
Edit plain text configuration file to include the BA2 and you are good to go.
For loading any BA2 like this maybe. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

How do I use this mod? I install CustomCrosshair.ba2 in the corresponding folder and in the custom.ini and nothing happens in the game, even the scope that the game brings by default disappears. Should I use an external file or something else? Is there a key to start it?

      Hex code of default crosshair:
      Light
      FFFFCB
      Vibrant
      F5CB5B
Was using filters to change the color so it's probably inaccurate.

Hi. Is there a way to remove the hitmarkers? They are huge and for some reason they are the only thing that you can't remove from the option menu.

I'm surprised the fallout 3/new vegas crosshair isn't an option.  That is the most classic crosshair to have for fallout games

Does the middle cross work anymore? I wanted to use it.

Alright I managed to get it working with everything else I have, now if I could only hide the crosshair when weapons are sheathed. I read one of the other comments asking this and response was the method thought up back then would also affect melee. Well since I don't use melee I'm interested if it's possible. Currently I have it turn off at least when I am interacting so half way there.

It can and I did separate the melee and no weapon, so it will be in next version

Will update other mods first as it is shorter to finish.
      CustomCrosshair is the lengthiest one.

A note, this mod works. Compatible Show Health Redux uses a loader that allows it to work so you do need that mod, and this mod needs to be loaded after.

Edit: While it functions. It does so horribly and I honestly don't recommend it. It's not the mods fault, I think the UI base just changed too much and limited it's functionality. The Fallout crosshair won't change color unless it's on an enemy and it's also discolored.
