I find it amusing that something like this exists, or that there are certain people who play Fallout (with its violence and horror elements including cannibalism), but are then bothered by a few beetles and cockroaches.

    Mod Name recommendation... Wimp Mode.
    JK 🤣
Anyway this isnt really for me as I dont "suffer" from any phobias... However I noticed in the screenshots that the creatures dont have names that suit them, has that been fixed and do you plan on fixing it?
To myself it doesnt really matter cause the only reason I plan on using this mod is for my 8 year old nephew as he is afraid of insects and well his parents pamper him instead of teaching him to man up😅

the names are left unchanged intentionally because the loot drops are also unchanged

Hey, thanks for this! ❤️ Sorry to ask for more, but could you also do the Fallout Vault 13 – Demo, too? I’ve heard it isn’t too big & long 🙏

Can this be done just for leeches? did you used just xedit or another modding tool? their animations are just disgusting for me and i want them out but keep the rest, i tried removing the other creatures from this esp and keeping just the leeches but now i'm getting attacked by invisible rats

yeah, just xedit, my potato can't run the Crashing Kit, lol

sounds like maybe you removed the Armor Addon entries for the radrats? (needed for leech race to use it)

ETA: added leeches only as an option on the files page

you removed the Armor Addon entries for the radrats?

Hi, I'm glad that this mod exists for people who need it. I was wondering if I could make a request or if you could give me some advice. I noticed that Fallout London tends to predominantly use the stray dog models from Fallout 4 meanwhile the base game predominantly uses the mongrel model. For me this is a little upsetting since having to kill realistic looking dogs more frequently is a bit upsetting - the Rottweilerish model looks a lot like my dog who passed away. I was wondering if you would consider making a patch that affects dogs and makes them either use the unrealistic mongrel models or with something else entirely.

I tried to make it myself (changing the dogs skin records to mongrel) but the changes didn't seem to have any effect and I can't figure out what I am doing wrong. If not, I was wondering if you could share some of your expertise and see if you had a better idea on something for me to try. I feel like it should be a simple change but so far I seem a bit stuck.

i think i'd feel the same if the cats were hostile, i will certainly give it a shot.. would you prefer some be foxes to make it less samey, or just all zombie-mongrel dogs?

Hi, thank you so much! Personally I think I’d find the mangey mongrels a bit more immersive since it’s still a form of dog where a dog was intended to be (raiders with pet attack foxes is a humorous image). But it doesn’t make a huge difference to me, and if you’re willing to try this as a favour I’d say you’re the creator so go with whatever you like.

does MM even work with FOLON?

the older modular versions have phobia patches already, so i never bothered even updating to the LFaW version personally ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

probably not, but i was thinking as a separe from London, i was thinking of regular fallout 4 Mutant Menagerie LFAW anti phobia insect patch, there's a guy who already made it posible to get rid of the spiders in the mod, but it didn't got rid of ticks, stinkbugs, giant roaches and the new variants of ants and bloodworms it added, besides I'm taking a long break from London until they fix the settlement mechanic or add new ones, having tons of collectibles and almost everything to explore but little to build is incredibly underwhealming for me

and the katydids and the bees, and yeah, there's a *lot* of creepy crawlies in that one... which is a bit daunting for me so i've avoided it thus far. when i get bored of london and go back to boston i'll consider it, but i doubt it'll be any time soon

ok, fair point, hopefully someone makes this possible, mirelurks and crawwdads I can handle but insects are a no no for me, also it's a shame since it featured so many new recipes (like muffins and pancakes with new meshes)and useful storage like the fish cooler container that would have been a great addition to seaside, lake or swamp settlements but lots of giant crawlers on that one

I'm so happy someone did this but first could you make version where they are robots and also any things from the ocean could you replace with robots. Or even do something like this Anti-Phobia Redux at Fallout 4 Nexus - Mods and community (nexusmods.com)

curiously enough, that mod works with london just fine, except for the bloatmother, bloatlarva and the ladybugs but all other creatures are replaced with robots, i have a custom merge that got rid of all basegame insects and dlc creepy crawlers

This is not at all less terrifying, nor even "as" terrifying. It is wayyy way more terrifying!
Thanks for the idea, but nope I'll pass.

This is honestly almost just as terrifying. I don't like the stingwing or bloatfly but the lamprey is one heck of a choice replacement.

i wanted to retain the intended mood, tried to make the gehena the replacement for the bloat mother, but the placed ones kept being half underground.
