Adds some items you would get in Vault 111 to your starting inventory when using SKK Fast Start New Game

I am a man torn between two worlds...
In one world I start immersively, I play through the whole intro, I get backstory, items, and experience to start me off on my adventure. If you are Intelligence 7-10, you get an entire level by the time you discover Sanctuary. And you can pick up plenty of useful items in the vault, like bottles which you can fill with purified water, and plenty of Radroach meat. And you can get some various junk not worth much.
In the other world, I want to start fast by using SKK Fast Start and get to exploring ASAP. But with the catch that you exit as level 1, and you have a 10mm, a baton, your vault suit, and 1 purified water.
This mod attempts to give you the best of both worlds
Along with the SKK starting equipment, you will get 10 Radroach meat, and 3 additional purified waters.
And to offset the level of experience you missed, I give you two mentats to boost your exp gain to catch up a bit quicker
And for pure convenience, I've also thrown in 2 bobby pins (you're either a caring husband that kept them on him for his lady, or you're a woman that had them in her hair) and a wonderglue something I could see being in a vault somewhere anyways.
One file simply replaces the plugin that comes with SKK Fast Start, saving you a plugin slot, but I would need to update it anytime SKK Fast Start has an update. The other file will be a patch that overwrites the plugin in SKK Fast Start but it likely would be safe to continue using after an update to SKK Fast Start
I'm also interested in making some alternate versions of this mod that start you out with say a hunting rifle or a service rifle instead of a 10mm, or perhaps all the junk materials you'd need to complete the starting quests Sturges gives you. You guys tell me :)
