Ihave a Companion Kristina mod (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/79030 ) and in this place is her house (the trapdoor to Kristina's bunker. Wil lthis mod conflict with yours? I reallywant to build a settlement for Kristina.
I installed this mod and had problems. There are two markers on the map and both are called:"Kristina's House".I can'tuse the workshop because the message"Destroy all enemies"appears. I've killed everyone, but the message doesn't disappear. The console command "killall" did not help. I still can't activate the workshop.Using the Workshop Framework mod, I activated the workshop and can build, but now I can't hire settlers from other settlements and create supplies because Kristina'sHouse doesn't transform into the hirin gmenu. Is there a conflict over the name of the settlement (it's not clear from your screenshots what your settlement is called)?
Sorry about the difficulties with Google.I have updated the text. I would like to add that in PipBoy, in the "Workshops"section, the settlement is marked as"Kristina's House".
I can potentially take a look to see if I can figure out the issue. In the meantime, you will want to revert back to a save before you installed my mod otherwise it will remain broken, and removing a settlement mod mid-game is really dangerous and will cause guaranteed corruption of your save file.
Good. Thanks! I tried changing the loading order. I put your mod after "Companion...". As a result, the markers on the map became different and the "Flint Pond" settlement appeared in the "resettle" menu. But the settlers still don't go there.
In your case, yes. As it seems the conflict is causing my settlement to fail to register properly. I'll let you know on any progress. Or just upload a patch if I figure out the issue.
Hello PeskyFox! I deleted the mod, went back to the old save, and after a while ventured to install it again. I installed it when I was in the inner cell and now the mod is working properly. Maybe the first time there was a Vortex error. Now Vortex itself has placed it down the order of downloads. Thank you for your attention and for your mod!
Glad to hear it! Yes Settlement mods should ALWAYS be at the bottom of your load order. Mod Managers tend not to understand this and you would have to manually place it there.
Always liked that spot thanks to Lakeview Terrace - New Settlement, but that version had some issues, so I stopped using it. The location has remained on my short list for when/if I make my own settlements, but since I don't know if it'll happen, I'm glad to see the location getting some love from someone else.
Thank you! This shouldn't have any issues (Fingers crossed) but do let me know if you find anything! And yeah, I used to use that mod too, just figured it would be a neat location to try my hand at a first settlement!
You used Tenhats' tutorial, so I'm sure it'll work fine. My only quibble is the build zone size. If I make my own version, the build area will be smaller, largely sticking to the fenced in area, but still large enough to extend into the water to accommodate purifiers.
'Course, if you're feeling ambitious and are willing to make an alternate version that'll save me the trouble... ;-)
You want it smaller? Huh. The only issue would be regenerating precombines. Though... I imagine an edit could be made that wouldn't require it. As you're not adding new areas, just shrinking the existing one.
Technically, precombines don't need to be regenerated in order to make a settlement smaller. You would be just fine leaving the un-precombined scrappables out of bounds. All that would need to change is the border, the sandbox area, and the bounding boxes used to define the workshop area.
Also a fan of Deku's settlement locations but unfortunately they tended to run into issues for me mid-way, you saved me the time of trying to fix this location with Tenhats' tutorial and for that, you have my undying (mostly) affection. Thank you! This spot also sits in the shadow of a Minuteman Watchtower and Eli's camp so it's a fun "busy" area I always want to build up.
Ohhh You and What Army 2 adds a Minuteman outpost just outside the boundaries too. This is my new favorite place, I'll try and build something nice. :)
it's awful close to the Sunshine Tidings settlement, I am using Jenncave's 'Clean & Simple' mod at Sunshine is anyone ELSE using a Sunshine tidings mod with this one . . ? . . cuz this has always been a tempting location :)
It is isolated to a single previs cluster. It shouldn't conflict with Sunshine Tidings at all, unless a mod has made edits to unnecessary cells. So you are safe to use it I believe!

Glad you like it!
Now, I have a settlement in this place.

Feel free to do that yourself with this mod if you want to make a personal edit to it.
