The Trappers of Far Harbor draw under armor from two lists; namely, DLC03_LL_Armor_Trapper_Coast_Underwear and DLC03_LL_Armor_Trapper_Woods_Underwear. Both have errors, however, which Bug Fix - Trapper Under Armor aims to correct, as follows (but see screen shots for visual details):

Both lists are missing the "Calculated from all levels <= player's level" property in the LVLF - Flags (sorted) section when viewed in fo4edit. Bug Fix - Trapper Under Armor adds this flag.
DLC03_LL_Armor_Trapper_Coast_Underwear has a broken leveled list entry that, when "spawned" by the game, would result in a naked Trapper. Bug Fix - Trapper Under Armor corrects this by adding a second "Trapper Leathers" entry, as that's what the DLC03_LL_Armor_Trapper_Woods_Underwear list does.
Finally, both lists contain "Raider Leathers' entries, which are entirely unnecessary, as the outfit is identical to Trapper Leathers both visually and statistically. Therefore, Bug Fix - Trapper Leathers removes the "Raider Leathers" entry from the list.

Compatibility
This mod has been incorporated into Diverse Wasteland and Diverse Trappers, so if you use either of them, you don't need this fix. Otherwise, Bug Fix - Trapper Under Armor should be compatible with anything that doesn't alter the two leveled list records noted above.
