Diverse Wasteland - The Diverse Series All-in-One is the culmination of nearly 10 months of work spanning 20 standalone mods and resulting in 4130 faces available to the randomly generated NPCs from the game's various groups and factions. The groups/factions in question (and their face counts) are as follows:

Click the links if you want more information about each group, as well as screen shots. None of them are required downloads, however, as Diverse Wasteland combines all of them into a single file.

Update: Starting with version 13, Diverse Wasteland incorporates (with permission) Far Harbor Doctor Dialogue Fix by Machienzo. Note that, although this fix works for most Far Harbor settlers, it does not work properly for male Far Harbor settlers who use the "Maine Accent" voice type, as there isn't any recorded Doctor dialog for that voice type. As a result, settlers with that voice type will have silent dialog when assigned to a clinic.

Diverse Wasteland Immersion Pack
A secondary file, called the Diverse Wasteland Immersion Pack, provides additional variety to the NPCs covered by the main file. At present, it applies the following attributes:

Common Traits
  • Height Scaling: Most NPCs will vary in height, although this is not absolute. Unique, named NPCs are not affected, while some generic, randomly generated NPCs who draw face data from a face pool may possess default templates and/or template actors that override the height scaling.

Covenant Security

Diamond City Security
  • Custom Armor/Outfit List: Expands the DC Security armor list to include the individual pieces of DC Security arm/shoulder armor as well as the open face version of the DC Security helmet. See AOEP - Diamond City Security for even more armor/outfit variety.

Disciples
  • Custom Armor/Outfit List: Removes non-Disciple attire from the Disciple leveled lists to ensure that Disciples will only wear Disciple armor and outfits.

Gunners
  • Custom Armor/Outfit List: Adds the clean versions of the Army Fatigues and Army Helmet to the Gunner leveled lists. Likewise, the list alters how the "Gunner Guard Outfit" is distributed to eliminate naked Gunners.

Operators
  • Custom Armor/Outfit List: Removes non-Operator attire from the Operator leveled lists to ensure that Operators will only wear Operator armor and outfits.

The Pack
  • Custom Armor/Outfit List: Removes non-Pack attire from the Pack leveled lists to ensure that the Pack will only wear Pack armor and outfits.

Raiders
  • Cut Content: Restores the cut content outfit called "Gunner Leathers," but since it is nothing more than Raider Leathers with a green coloration, it doesn't really fit the Gunner aesthetic. Therefore, it has been renamed "Green Raider Leathers" and added to the Raider under armor leveled lists. A scrap recipe has been included as well.

Scavengers

Settlers (Commonwealth, Vault 88, Nuka World)
  • Custom Armor/Outfit List: Adds numerous clothing options to the WastelanderOutfit [OTFT:001C269A] lists, which will provide more outfit variety to non-Far Harbor settlers, as well as some scavengers and other randomly generated NPCs who draw from the settler face pools.
  • Open Carry Provisioners: Settlers assigned to provisioner duty will open carry their weapons as they travel between settlements.
  • Scavenging Station Sandbox: The scavenging station sandbox has been increased so that settlers assigned to the job will travel farther abroad as they search for scrap, even patrolling beyond the settlement borders in some cases.
  • Settlement Bell: Under most circumstances, settlers will run when the settlement bell is activated.
  • Skilled Settlers: Incorporates a Diverse variant of Skilled Settlers that converts 242 Diverse Wasteland settler records into Skilled Settlers. As a result, these "Diverse Skilled Settlers" won't share face data with standard settlers or each other. Furthermore, they will spawn at Vault 88 and non-raider settlements in Nuka World, but not in Far Harbor, although they can be moved to Far Harbor settlements if desired. Update (v17): Vendors and Entertainers have clean faces, as established by the original Skilled Settlers mod.

Settlers (Far Harbor)
  • Custom Armor/Outfit List: Integrates the fisherman hats and outfits introduced in the Far Harbor DLC, as well as apparel that accounts for the Island's hostile climate (e.g., gas masks, face and eye wear, full coverage outfits, etc.).

Trappers
  • Custom Armor/Outfit List: Reorganizes the Trapper lists in order to make them more distinct from common raiders, as well as between Coastal Trapper and Woods Trappers.
  • Cut Content: Adds the aforementioned "Green Raider Leathers" to the Trapper under armor list, although in this application, it is called "Green Trapper Leathers."
  • Cut Content: Restores the cut content "Trapper Helmet." Loosely based on Trapper Helmets by mm137, this immersion pack version has more complete statistical data and a scrap recipe. Likewise, it is included in the Trapper armor/outfit leveled lists.

Triggermen
  • Custom Armor/Outfit List: Adds numerous clothing items to the Triggermen leveled lists, the most notable of which are the clean versions of suits and hats. Furthermore, since the Neighborhood Watch uses the Triggermen face pool, they are tied into this armor/outfit list as well.

Compatibility
If you are using Diverse Wasteland, you do not need any of the standalone mods linked above. Otherwise, this mod should be compatible with anything that doesn't alter the same records. See the sticky post in the comment section for details on how I expect to handle compatibility patches.
