    This is a great mod over all, but I experienced an odd glitch.  The Rebuild IAO - Prewar Textures caused a very odd black and blue texture spasm after the rebuild.  I uninstalled the Prewar Textures mod, then tried the city rebuild again and the issue was gone.

    I'm using a collection from Wabbajack which includes the Rebuild Settlements and found this when looking for a city plan which would actually take advantage of that.

    Edit: I think a mod for longer power lines is needed otherwise some of the connections aren't made when the plan builds. I just put this in my autoexec

    Hello, I have a glitch happening in my game. When I walk by the yellow ruined house close to the bridge, there is a giant gap in the ground that I keep falling into and getting stuck. I don't know if it is from this mod, but I installed a few other mods when the pop-up message told me there were other required mods I needed to download. A little more information: when I walk toward the large gap, the road flickers in and out and loses collision detection.

      No, not from this mod. You have a conflict or load order issue (load order doesn't matter much with this mod so it's something else, likely the Rebuild mod itself. Check the FAQs on that mod).

    i like that changes... sort of. using vs 1.1 i have had 2 ctd's. no idea why. i t happens shortly after the plan finishes building and the flying preview drops you back to investigate the settlement. i had just about toured the whole plan this time before i ctd. i use the pre-war textures in rebuild mod followed your directions but as the plan is running from the view i see it 'glitch' when it flickers from old textures to new ( that's my interpretation anyway. and figured you had it covered) i have had so many things go wacko in the last few weeks with this game i can't tell what's causing what. just dropping mods and starting new games. 
    and i really like this mods set up. it looks good, clean and has all things necessary to function in a casual way. i do hope you will continue to 'finish' this settlement mod. i am ready to do my part either way. i like the lvl3 set, and don't expect a full progression set. just nice space filler in this semi-modern world
    EDIT: strangely i deactivate the Halo M6 mod and all is well... makes no sense. i love this game no matter how fubar it be.

      I've CTD'ed so much since NexGen. I've tried going back to the older version, but trying to figure out what works with the older FO4 version hasn't been easy. I think the NexGen update is just wacked and has caused way more trouble than it was worth. 

      I'm still working on the plan. It's big, so lots to do. I'm also working on an add-on pack that will give me more options for filling the houses. Not many plans fit inside the houses so figured I'd make my own. I'm almost done with all the plots for the player house, then going to work on some more generic looking plots for the other houses.

      and somehow i feel like bethesda only did this because the modding community had made the game better then they even tried and had to assert dominance anyway they could... and that's my estimate on the NG. i may not know modern tech and programing but i Know people.

    Hi,

    thanks for the mod, it looks really neat.

    I have encountered a small "issue" - I donwloaded all mods you listed and the city planner still says "missing plugins".
    It looks like the 2 municipal plots in the south have no building assigned - what missing mod can cause this?

      Click on View Missing plugins and it will tell you which plugins are missing. But it's not necessary to have all the plugins. It will automatically choose a building plan from whatever addon packs you have installed.

    thanks for this. i have been using many of your mods and love them. i will make some adjustment to the settlement with your mods and post pics. just did a test run and suddenly i got a ctd (nothing to do with these mods. i don't think anyway) like you said this is not really finished or fine tuned, but it looks and works great.

      Looking forward to seeing what you do with it. My scripting skills are not the best and that mod was trying for me... lol. I did try to get it to loot from ships but couldn't figure out how to get it to work.

  10. Great Timing. I've been doing a playthrough of Sim Settlements 2 lately, but didn't install Rebuild AIO with it since I wasn't entirely sure if they'd work well together. Conflicts and bugs and all that. Looks like it might be fine after all and will add this city plan.
