Once again, I’d like to say this is pretty much 80% the work of Antistar from WARS. Please show him your support by trying out WARS for yourself and giving an endorsement. This was actually a weapon I REEEAAALLLLYYY wanted to make at some point. So while I still had some pump shotgun inspiration left in me, I cobbled together my take on a Mossberg mod.
The M590 Pump Shotgun is a versatile shotgun platform, with the ability to be made into a pistol or a standard straight grip shotgun, it became a highly sought after weapon. Welding one of these is a status symbol among Bostonians.It’s meant as a side grade. If you run my Ithaca, or T6M’s Pump Shotgun, it’ll be like an alternative playstyle as this one’s more straightforward, 12 gauge off rip, and the ability to be turned into a pistol. (inb4 That’s not a pistol XDDDDDDDDDDDDD)

A: UNLUCKY!

Q: Does it work in Power Armor?
A: Yes. Sorta. 1st person works A-OK. third person uses hunting rifle anims with a lever action reload. So you can still reload individually.

A: Do it yourself. I try to make my stuff transformative as I can when I make these sort of mods. Antistar deserves recognition for his hard work. I suggest you do the same if you do so.
