S.T.A.L.K.E.R. GAMMA inspired FallUI - HUD preset.
There are two versions. One with the normal compass and one with the FO3 compass which is more compact and better in my opinion. I also have included a MCM Settings Manager setting for the Condition Boy which I recommend. I also recommend ADAMANT - Condition Boy and girl Replacer
