This is an All-in-One version of my other 3 Triangles of Death city plan mods. Found here > Part 1 Northwest, Part 2 Northeast and Part 3 South.
I put these city plans together for use with the A StoryWealth (aSW) collection, designed to minimize crashes related to the Triangles of Death. These lightweight and streamlined plans are highly customizable and can easily be expanded upon to suit your tastes and needs, without the script load some SS2 city plans put on your system.
The Pinkster’s ToD city plans rely heavily upon the Rebuild AIO by Aurelianis and Raze My Settlement by bionicyardiff mods in aSW. The plans do the grunt work, placing all of the SS2 plots a settler needs to lead a productive life. You are left with the most satisfying part of owning settlements: customization, decoration, and specialization. Of course, the settler’s comfort level is up to you.
Note:
There is plenty of room to expand.Just keep in mind that everything you add will also add assets which need to render each time you enter that area (cell or group
of cells) thus, increasing the possibility of script lag, stuttering, or FPS drop.
Pinkster’s ToD Plans use features from other mods (not native to aSW) which I feel add good value and aesthetic to this collection. I’ve used and tested all of these additions, and have seen no issues in any of my personal play-throughs. They are listed at the bottom of this page.
A Radio Recruitment Beacon is NOT included in any of the City Plans, you’ll need to build one, or, build and power a Communications plot.
Every settlement has working showers for extra happiness, and will support
at least 22 settlers.
The Tidy-bot might need to be removed (scrapped) and rebuilt. For some reason it wasn't spawning properly.
The toolbox on the Workshop contains “starter scrap” from “razing” the settlement. May also contain an ASAM or two.
There are 10 settlements included in this pack: Sanctuary Hills, Red Rocket, Abernathy Farm, County Crossing, Finch Farm, Greentop Nursery, The Slog, Spectacle Island, The Castle and Warwick Homestead. Their stats are listed in detail on their respective mod pages. (linked above)
Pinkster's Red Rocket Retreat is specifically designed as a place to send your companions. There is no radio beacon to attract settlers, therefore you'll have no
unwelcome guests wandering around. (Just angry Raiders, Gunners, and
other wasteland riff-raff hell-bent on killing)
Codsworth and Ada are robots and don't need beds, and Dogmeat has his own
house. So, unless you have "extra" companions, everyone in the vanilla game +
DLCs is covered, and, because this is such a bare-bones plan, you can
build a few more homes/beds for the aSW extra companions.
NOTE:
It has been brought to my attention that Minutemen (Radiant) Squads by Magic881 will be listed as a missing plug-in in the sanctuary hills (Pinkster's Hills) (and possibly The Castle) city plans. It was intentionally left out (not listed below) as it is something that i personally use. It will not have any impact on the plan if it is not used. That said, feel free to download and use it, as i really like it.
EXTRA MODS USED: (not native to the aSW collection)
