About this mod
Graygarden has been striped clean of all trash and debris. The land has been tweaked and smoothed out for better building. Graygarden is ready to build on the moment you get there. Lots of materials are waiting for you. There are two versions one with and one without a safe full of building materials by the workshop.

Graygarden has been cleared of all trash, trees, scrap, vines, and bushes, The ground for the whole settlement has been remodeled and smoothed with added grass. Doing this has made a greater cliffs edge on the southern border. The greenhouse has three times the amount of food growing in it now. And the bridge has been cleared of debris, trash, vines, bushes, and most vehicles. There are two different files to choose from. One with no safe full of materials, and one with the safe full of materials by the workshop. Each material has 5000 units. Except for wood and steel. They have 15000 units.

If this mod isn't installed it can cause issues with the ground meshes. I can't figure out why it does this. So I just figured I'd make it a requirement instead.
