Thank you for fixing whatever the problem was with Moss. One of two of my favorite characters in the whole game.

Thanks for making this mod and the upkeep when needed.

You're welcome. Unique Faces is a core element of my own game, so it'll stay up to date as long as I keep playing Fo4.

Have the facegen optional file been removed again btw?

Yes. With the removal of Unique Faces AiO v1, there was no reason to keep the face gen file for it, as it wouldn't work with Unique Faces AiO v2. If I ever manage to get the CK to work for me, I'll create a new version of the Unique Faces AiO with integrated face gen.

At last! I've been looking forward to this.

Are there still some unique faces you think you'll add to this, or is this considered a complete package?

This contains all of the NPCs I'm aware of, but if there are more, I'll add them as I become aware of them. I haven't found any since early July, though, so I don't know if there are any left. If you find any, let me know.

All three of them already have set faces in vanilla.

WaverWX is correct. Ack-Ack, Red Tourette, and Tower Tom already have unique faces by default. The NPCs in "Unique Faces" only covers those NPCs who draw face data at random from a face pool or share face data with one or more other NPCs.

Hell yeah, was hoping for an AiO to pair with Diverse Wasteland. Thanks for all your work!

You're welcome. Don't forget Face Fixes - All in One, which is part of the trilogy (unless you're using We Have Names (and more) - All In One, which contains the same faces as Face Fixes).

Agreed. It is one thing to use a face pool for generic NPCs (games have been doing that since the beginning), but it doesn't make sense for unique NPCs. I suspect that, in most cases, they were supposed to be nothing more than generic raider bosses that some Bethdev decided to name after the fact, but then there's a boss like Judge Zeller--who leads a named gang and is even referenced by name in Kessler's dialog--ends up using a random face. That makes no sense at all.

yea, that moment when you meet judge zeller and wonder if he has a couple of twins in combat zone.

My money is on mutated starfish DNA introduced to the human genome by the early Institute in an attempt to repair radiation-damaged DNA chains.

You're welcome. If you run into any other unique NPCs sporting a generic face, be sure to let me know so I can bring them into the fold. The war against duplicate and repetitive faces may be over now, but there could be a skirmish or two out there. :-)

Yeah, I figured a lot of folks were waiting on this one since the last few standalone entries didn't get much traction. Comes with the territory, I guess.

In any case, as someone noted elsewhere, make sure you aim for the torso so you can look at their lovely faces after they're dead. :-)

Yeah I think the all in one packages are for most ppl the best deal since you don’t have that many individual files and if something new gets added (and for sone reason one isn’t tracking you XD) you get it by updating a mod you already have installed.

And I’m definitely not gonna destroy those beautiful new faces don’t you worry
      Torso it is XD

The funny thing is that I never plan to make AiO versions for my mods because I never expect a "series" to end up with so many standalone entries. "Unique Faces" was never supposed to go beyond the first four installments, but then I started finding all of these other unique NPCs using generic faces while making the final updates for the Diverse series. And the Diverse series was originally conceived as one big mod, but I quickly realized that I'd never finish it if I didn't break it up into smaller, standalone chunks. I can see the same thing happening with some other ideas I'm considering, but we shall see.

And another All-in-One, thanks! Generating faces for this + Diverse Wasteland and Harlequins will be fun...

Diverse Wasteland has face gen at Diverse Series FaceGen Data and Harlequins Redux has face gen at Wasteland Wonderglue - FaceGen Edition. Still need face gen for Face Fixes - All in One, although Wonderglue has face gen for We Have Names (and more) - All In One, which incorporates the faces from Face Fixes. I'd still like to see face gen specifically for Face Fixes, though.

In any case, Face Fixes AiO, Diverse AiO, and Unique Faces AiO covers the overwhelming majority of repetitive/duplicate faces in the game. Of course, I'll update those mods if/when I find more faces in need of attention.

Oh damn, forgot about Face Fixes. And ye, know about these, but i'm using 2k faces, so have to generate everything myself.

Ouch. 2k face gen for Diverse Wasteland is going to be a huge file. Based on what I was told about how long it took to generate for the vanilla version, I figure you'll be able to take a nap while it generates for 2k textures.

There's an option that Perchik71 introduced in his (or her) Creation Kit Extended which uses GPU to accelerate face generation. So yep, shouldn't take all that long to generate everything.

Someday I'll figure out how to tame the wild CK beast so I can make some of the mods on my idea list that are beyond the capabilities of f04edit.

Yeah, they're not character presets. That reminds me, though. I forgot to add the "NPC" tag.
