Import this Workshop Framework layout to automatically add some creation club settlement content into your Gun for Hire player settlement in the form of a basic bachelor pad.

Welcome to the Bachelor Pad
Using Workshop Framework's layout import feature you can import this (esl) mod file's contents to your Gun for Hire office. This was created on a Next Gen game, and so the various Creation Club content that adds furniture and walls might not work as intended on pre-Next Gen unless you had already downloaded that content and kept your game un-updated. In short, pre-Next Gen? Result may vary(R).
There's still plenty of room in the offices for all your other stuff. This is pretty basic. Snapshots are using a Reshade and a LUT. Why WSFW layouts instead of Transfer Settlements blueprint? TS isn't updated as yet for Next Gen, and Layouts are equal in their capacity to export and import. Good stuff. Lastly, why mostly Mid Century content? These items are available immediately at lvl 1. Some of the other furniture content available in creation club mods only unlocks if you found those apartments.
You will need these mods to get the fullest import:
Import and Awareness Checks
Import by going to the main workshop and clicking Manage, Layout, Import.
The file will not import a desk or bed for the assistant (obviously). Move yours to wherever you want. The one thing that I cannot control is that the import will add an additional set of doors to the interior. Scrap the door that does not autoshut when you open both, and Bob's your uncle. Be sure you have the autoshut feature on in the Gun for Hire holotape of course!
Also be sure to check the wiring if something isn't lit up or running. Wiring uses conduits, most of which are hidden above the ceiling panels.
